The location was alright. Close to restaurants on Bell Bvld in Queens but the main street was a bit empty and forgettable. The room was small but cozy. Parking was convenient and available. However the elevator was slow and had a slight odor. Overall i would stay here again if in the area.

I had to write a review for such terrific service I received from Raquel Dubon the Sales Manager at the Adria Hotel & Conference Center. The kick-off to my new business venture took place the day after the snow storm. As I continually listened to the weather forecasts my anxiety level rose to the highest level as I was trying to decide whether to have it or cancel it not knowing what to do. But after numerous calls to Rachel and her expert advice and professional guidance the event was a huge success despite enduring a snow storm the night before. The room was ready, the food was on time and the staff was there to direct my guests expeditiously. Thank you for such great service, I've already booked my next event and intend to book more events this year. Well Done!

I'm from upstate Binghamton NY my husband and I booked a room because a fundraiser we were attending was being held at the hotel. The rates was so reasonable that I thought to myself that the rooms would be something to be desired but I was pleasantly surprised the rooms looked great very clean very neat the staff very friendly make u feel well taken care of the breakfast delicious not to mention the catered fund-raiser the staff was attentive and professional the food was out of this world! Really really enjoyed my stay would highly recommend it to family and friends loved the extra touch of having body soap and shampoo dispensers on the bathroom wall A great place to stay!

One of the worst hotels I’ve been at in a YEARS! The room was too hot to be comfortable; 75F-78F with the heat off and the window open as far as possible. (Same for all of the other rooms my party booked.) The beds were so broken in that you nearly fall out every time you roll over. If you ask for more pillows you get the literal pillows, but no pillow cases. The bathrooms don’t have fans so the steam from every shower soaked everything in the bathroom and the main room. (Not to mention the giant puddles on the bathroom floor because the shower curtain won't stay shut.) Breakfast consisted of boiled oatmeal, cold scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage and coffee that every person took one sip of and dumped out. (Seriously, don’t even bother with anything except the waffles and go someplace else for your coffee.) Even the “parking lot” was a problem with cement posts and cars blocking you so it is more akin to an obstacle course rather than a place you feel safe leaving your car. (Note the numerous signs warning you not to leave your GPS in your car because people in the area are breaking into them. I guess that is a better solution than actually monitoring the lot?) The only positives to this hotel are that it is clean and the staff is polite.

Rooms are just as stated. Service is completely fine. Hallways could be refurbished. Elevator has some problems and parking is actually okay for new York.

The hallway smells like a dead dog, the rooms need to be updated desperately, and the elevators are pretty ghetto. In an industry where your competing with the Marriott and Hilton brands you have to do better if you want people to come back. Not a place I would stay at if I could do it all over again.

1st night in the water in our shower came out black , sink WATER was BROWN . When we called the front desk they said to just let it run and it would clear up , didn't do anything . That shouldn't have happened at all . - Paid for adjoining rooms , when we got here they were no longer available. Had kids so not okay . -One of the two rooms had a lot of outlets that didn't work - Rooms smelled musty -Only gave two towels for a four person room , very light blankets as well . -No soap/conditioner/ basic toiletries . Just a small bottle of used lotion with 1/4 of it left . -Maids were extremely helpful and friendly , Kuerig machines were amazing , had bottled water , and bathroom heaters .

With all due respect to the nice personnel of this hotel: this place, unfortunately, has many many problems that need to be resolved. From non-operational heater to broken TV, to the tense smell of marijuana all over the building (the hotel is supposedly non-smoking). I had to change the room after the first night to a different room that smells less, but the heater and TV were broken in the new room. I reported the issues to the front desk, and they apparently notified the management, Jessica Brown, who is apparently not willing to take any actions. Until all these issues are resolved, I do not recommend this place for a stay.
