The hallways smelled terrible, there was a big dead bug in the bathroom, the floor was a bit sticky, the cabinet door was broken, and the TV looked like it was about to fall over.

I liked the motel. It appeared to be recently updated. My room was kept very clean. My only suggestion is that the showers should be reconfigured to allow control of the water flow. Once the shower is on, it's on full blast and I couldn't find a way to moderate it.

We don't like being lied to. It's clear from reading other reviews that this property either never has or very often often does not have wifi. The employees have been trained to say, "that's why we don't charge for it." That response is an insult. As a customer, I deserve correct information about the availability of wifi, so that I can decide if the motel meets my needs. If you would just fix your internet problem once and for all at this hotel and stop lying about the availability of it, the experience was otherwise fine and the staff were friendly. Oh - also - you may want to consider putting an instructional note on how to operate the shower, since it is very uncommon for a shower to be operated by pulling down on the faucet. I figured it out, but my mother who shared the room was very confused.

The carpets were dirty. The mattress had a dip in the middle and was uncomfortable. There wasn't a comforter on the bed nor a fitted sheet. The sheet kept coming up off the mattress. There is only hand soap in the bathroom. No breakfast, only small sterfoam cups for coffee without lids. Towels were clean. Shower pressure was great.

Motel is very nice. We really enjoyed staying there. I especially like the new design with no outside access to the rooms. This is much safer. The staff was vey nice also.

The staff wasn't very friendly when we checked in. I'm pretty sure the fire exits should be cleared of objects but there was a big potted tree right in front of it. Found 3 dead roaches in the bathroom and a couple of live ones in the hallway. The toilet flush was broke. Water pressure wasn't even mediocre. The beds felt like they needed new ones 5 years ago. Other than that, the rooms had the handicapped accommodations we needed and the air conditioner kept us cool.

This run down dump gives your chain of hotels a BAD name. I've stayed in bad hotels across the country but this is by far the worst. I should have suspected what I was in for walking in the front door. Worn out lobby furniture, stained/worn out carpet throughout the first floor. We get up to the third floor which has stained/worn out carpet, broken ice machine, broken dryer and a piece of paper taped to our door as our number. We get into our room #317 which has the same stained/worn out but now cigarette burned carpet. We broke out our flip flops so our feet didn't touch the carpet. Mattresses that were so worn out that you learned to one side and could see sunken in spots. A TV about to fall off the top of the closet where you couldn't open one side up, stained chair and window cushion. No ash tray in a smoking room. Air Conditioner quit working at 4:21am. A toilet that didn't like to flush and ran off and on all night. Toilet paper box falling out of the wall and hole where tissue paper is supposed to be in the bathroom. After finally saying enough is enough we attempt to wash the nastiness of the room off of us only to find the shower doesn't work. Imagine that to be honest I wasn't surprised. I took pictures of about everything that I've commented on if you would like to see them. From the outside in the dark at 11pm this doesn't look like a bad hotel but your best bet is to turn around at the door and find another hotel to stay at.
