Terrible service. Did not stand behind promised guarantees made when I reserved a room for my disabled husband. The supervisor was rude and unwilling to make any changes based on our needs. We were not informed regarding breakfast hours, happy hour, etc. The custodial workers were very helpful.

The actual facilities and front desk staff are nice. However, if you put your streaming tv info in the tv, clear it yourself because if you check out early there is a possibility the cleaning staff will change your log in. The tv clears it when you check out, but if you leave early it isn’t immediate. This happened to me two weeks ago and I had to call Netflix and reset my account. Once I was back into it my phone number had been changed to one from Venezuela.

We stayed at the Residence Inn as a stopover between San Diego and the Bay Area to break up the trip for our kids. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom suite and we're incredibly impressed with it. The unit felt like an apartment more than a hotel (I know that's the intent). The rooms were well furnished and the appliances were nice. The infotainment system was great as the TV let you log into your Netflix or Hulu account, along with a few other services. There's a button to clear logins at anytime and they are cleared automatically at check out. Internet was included and speeds were respectable for a hotel (we could watch Netflix with no buffering). Continental breakfast was typical, but quite good, with a good selection of items. They were very lax about shutting down at 10(weekend end time) and we saw people eating at about 10:30. The pool is heated to 88, but we didn't get a chance to use it. There was an outdoor fire pit that people were at until very late, but the rooms are well insulated and we couldn't hear them. The entire complex is fenced, with an open entrance (no gate) and there is a full time guard on staff who walks around the complex. The only major issue was the lack of elevator to the second floor, which can be difficult if you have kids and a lot of stuff.

Centrally located near shops and restaurants we decided to stay here. Not bad for $99. Easy to get to and find our room. Coincidentally we got a room key with the thrive since my wife is applying to Kaiser SD. Great customer service and clean rooms. Included WiFi and tv with Netflix and YouTube apps a plus. Will stay again next time for sure

They "lost" my reservation and then said they were fully booked so I needed to leave... they need to not have rude young people working their counter

The staff at Residence Inn cared about our well being and safety. They allowed me to leave my vehicle that had broken down in their parking lot until the hauler came. The service was good.

Located near the railroad so you can sometimes hear the trains go by at night. Also near tons of great food locations and the AMC movie theater. Clean rooms and lovely kitchen areas. Shower a little complicated but they have great water pressure. Very amazing breakfast choices and coffee bar!

We really liked the large room we got. It's like a small appartment which for our big family was great. The only two issues we encountered was a large spider hanging out by the card slot to unlock the door, freaked my daughter out. They didn't take care of if when I told them. Also one of the light fixtures was completely burnt out not even the outlets worked. Other than that great price for the amenities, we would go back.
