Weird building, but the staff was friendly and our room was very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful, even when a very rude woman seemed not to understand basic hotel procedures. They were very accommodating and had many nice amenities that we didn't have time to use. We would stay again.

Staff is wonderful. They helped us get around the area and always had a smile. The only reason I didn't give it 5 was that there was no central air. Just one by the fire place and for you to get air in the bedroom you have to open the door that is parallel to the 70 expressway and place a fan by the door. I do understand that this is more of a winter town so we worked with it.

They claim this is a 3 star hotel. Maybe in 1970. The lobby is clean, the building from the outside looks good, the room was a joke. And it smelled. When I went to the travel show, they told me to ask questions. This is what your get when you do not.

Most racist hotel I stayed in, front desk and security. Outside while making a bbq some guy with a funny hat trying to kick us out saying we were making to much noise which we weren’t and the pools were people and kids jumping around screaming

Stayed one night while my friend and I were biking through the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our bikes. Amenities were great for the price of the stay.

These newly remodeled rooms are easy on the eyes with updated style in natural colors. Clearly the lights were designed by a lighting architect. There is almost no florescent lights in the entire building which is a pleasant surprise compared to most hotels today. The three bedroom condo is especially roomy with a separate at least 3/4 bath for each bedroom. One tub present for the kids. The kitchen has a stovetop plus a countertop roaster is all that is really needed to cook a full meal. Community barbque grills and picnic tables available out by the pool too. The outdoor pool is warm and the hot tub is large and accommodating. Avon water tastes great like Colorado water should. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance and the town has free shuttle buses.

We wanted a relatively inexpensive place less than a 15 minute drive from Vail that had a hot tub and kitchenette, and this place delivers all that perfectly. The layout of the suite is a bit odd and awkward, and some of the appliances (like the dishwasher) are very loud. Still, this is a great home base for a ski trip if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

Christie has 1 and 3 bedroom condos. Our 1 bd was recently renovated. Christie has lots of common areas w/hot tubs, pools, Subway, rental car company, free bus stop just outside. Warning Christie has tons of STAIRS!

Solid place for snowboard rentals. Discounted prices compared to the stores in the Beaver Creek Village. I booked a demo snowboard. They had a quality Never Summer with Burton bindings and Burton boots waiting for me. I will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, decent rooms. The walls are not very well soundproofed, we heard voices and things hitting the floor all night, not to mention cars going by outside. Also, the pull out couch bed had the thinnest and lumpiest mattress I've ever seen. The parking is good, there's not much room in front of the building but they have a whole garage behind. They were also able to accommodate our late check-out request. Really fast WiFi as well.

Not one to write reviews; however, wanted to warn others. The customer service is lacking, absolutely no sound barrier between floors and when mentioning the noise above to management nothing was done. The shower head literally leaks water out when the noise above is so loud. Constant banging and rearranging furniture, this is my first experience with anything like this. Absolutely astounded and shocked at the lack of customer service. Also, just to clarify, the noise is not from construction, it is from someone very inconsiderate. Also, management was contacted and nothing was done.

Very clean and nice. One bedroom is extremely tight even though it says sleeps up to 4. Would have been perfect for 1-2. Friendly staff!!

Badly needs an update. Motel 8 is better than this. Only use the "Beaver Creek" location to jack up the price of a bad hotel. Rooms are setup very weird. (2 doors into 1 bathroom) Leaks from the roof when it rains/snows on the inexplicable umbrella tables in the lobby. Weird hotel. Would not advise staying here unless you have no other choice.

They have refreshed the rooms since our last stay. Our room has wood flooring, fresh tile in the bathroom and new fixtures. The lobby area is a bit dated but large with plenty of seating. I'm always surprised at how quiet the rooms are. I opened our balcony door for some fresh air and was overwhelmed by all of the truck and vehicle noise from the interstate. A few minutes later, closed the door and back to peace and quiet.

Nice place with lot of amenities. Outdoor heated pool was a big bonus. Couple more elevators towards the ends would be nice. Its not wheel chair accessible. It was very difficult to carry heavy suitcases and bags up the stairs in the same level. The room was pretty good but the layout was weird. A stove or hot plate would have been nice. But overall the place was quite Cozy. Take a room not facing the highway if available.

Great family place. Layout is very different but that doesn't make it bad. Rooms and all common places very clean and well kept. Owner is always walking around keeping a close eye on things which is phenomenal for guests as if anything is out of place it is taken care of right away. At first it seemed like a negative closing indoor pools and hot tubs at 9pm but definitely it's the exact opposite. It's a positive because rooms are right there and the outdoor pool and tub are open later.
