Definitely the best of the borgata. Rooms are great, really beautiful views. Food is very good (try the Italian market!) and oh yeah we won $80 and now we're high rollers.

Not impressed! Had to wait for pool seats then dirty plates and cups everywhere. Pool was gross warm and dirty. Went to pool bar and was ignored then finally bar back got us drinks. Bar was dirty and unattended. Not impressed and no desire to go back. Not worth the money! And the speakers behind the bar are gross and full of rust.

Lobby was empty around 10pm on a Friday. Not a bad thing just not a lot of action. Ate tapas at Sunroom. Hidden little gem. Food by an iron chef. Everything was spectacular

It's a very nice place to stay. But depending on the room the bathroom toilet might be open with the entire bathroom and not have a separate door to close. So that's important to me so that two people can get ready. One can be in the bathroom and have privacy while the other person can be in the shower or at the sink so you don't have to have just one person in there at a time. But the rooms are nice. The fee for the room is expensive if you get a free room you still have to pay like around 26 bucks because they're kind of forcing you to get Wi-Fi that's free it could be for another reason but there are taxes and everything else so even the free room will cost $26 or so a day.

This is a review of Waterclub pool area on the ground floor (not the Immersion spa pool). Went there over Memorial Day weekend and were shocked by how run down and unpleasant the place is. The staff of the pool is about 5-6 people who are supposed to take care of the pool amenities, change towels, wipe water from the walking area, provide food/drink service to the pool guests, etc. Upon our arrival we noticed 3 girls dressed up in hotel uniform hanging out by the bar and socializing with the bartender. The pool was packed, and the only other person in a hotel uniform (Asian guy) was running around like crazy trying to accommodate multiple requests of other guests.. all while a bunch of his co-workers had their backs turned to us and completely ignoring our presence. After waiting 30 minutes to place an order for drinks/light snacks, the same and only person who helped us earlier with the lounge chairs and towels, apologized for the delay and tried to get attention of the girls at the bar. With an upset face, one of them finally approached us to take an order... so ridiculous!! I’ve been to the pool many times before but it has never been this bad. Management, if you are reading this, please hire waitresses that actually do their job with a pleasant face.. and help out around the pool when it’s busy!

This is a great hotel with amazing views. We knew this place wasn't going to be near the boardwalk but overall, I think we loved our time at the water club...the indoor pool area is quite the beauty and wasn't overwhelmingly crowded when we went. The pool area has a beautiful skylight celing, so it has this amazing natural brightness once you are in. We really didn't go there to gamble as we needed to be by the ocean just to relax. They do offer a variety of amazing shows and upscale restaurants like Bobby Flay, Wolfgang , and etc which in fact we did enjoy. The room we stayed in was actually one of the smallest rooms we had ever stayed in, but the view that we had in our room was just stunningly gorgeous, so I think we really paid for the view. (We were able to see the actual sun rise in the early morning) if you are someone looking to be on the boardwalk all day or by the shopping district, then this place may not be all that suitable, if you bring your own car, everything is within a close proximity. Of course if you are going to gamble all day long, then who cares about the location.

Came to stay at the borgata for a concert nearby. They would not allow us to check in until our entire party arrived. Purposely came earlier than the rest of my party to attend the concert first. Manager Demetri was completely unaccomadating. Thank you borgata water club for making me miss my concert because you refused to grant me access to my room. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Everything was great. I ate at Old Homestead and my dinner was amazing. Immersion Spa is wonderful. The only complaint I have is the mattress in my room was visibly old and the box spring had to be replaced. The hotel was speedy and immediately addressed the problem even though it was almost midnight, but for the cost of The Water Club, things like this should be noticed and corrected by the staff before a guest has to complain.

Rooms are clean. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Showers don't get cold and are extremely spacious. Casino is a little confusing the way it's laid out. The gym is just ok. Pool is great.

Service was great. Rooms were a little dirty (didn't clean under the bed), sheets had a hole or two in them. For the price, I would expect a lot more. Location was great. Smoking in the casinos permeates everything.

I was upgraded to The Water Club and the accommodations are terrific. I especially love using the rain shower in my bathroom. The 32nd floor pool is beautiful and the views of the city and ocean are spectacular. The view from my own room is also perfect.
