DO NOT STAY HERE! They are absolute LIARS. First time I stayed here about a year ago I paid for a premier room and get to the room and it was wrong... After having to show multiple forms of proof and about an hour of arguing they finally switched me to the right room. This time I drive 6 hours with a confirmed booking that I have had for about 3 weeks and get to the front desk and they tell me they cancelled my room.. I was not informed or anything prior to my stay. They actually laughed in my face when I asked what they could do to accommodate me and fix it. I repeat they lie and will not help you in any way. DO NOT STAY HERE. They lost many customers. --- UPDATE** After this experience I was contacted by the manager with a stay in an upgraded room and meal credit on a weekend of my choice. The upper management was very helpful and friendly. Call ahead of time to make sure your room is still reserved.

The room here was pretty nice. We went just to see and experience AC and the boardwalk for the weekend. The casino here isn't bad but they do not have a poker room which was kind of a bummer. Plenty of good bars and restaurants here tho. I would definitely stay here again tho

I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. Very spacious with 2 large closets. Bathroom is a little small, but was very nice looking. The whole room was very clean. The only thing I will point out is that all the electrical outlets were along the baseboards at floor level. Had to get down on my hands and knees to plug my phone charger. The staff were great in helping me with any of my questions.

Alright, let’s do this: I was staying at Resorts for a week while in town on business. Room was clean, and was one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in in a long time. Bathroom was shockingly large, with great hot water pressure in the shower. I was not a fan of the food options in the casino itself, and I would have offered a lower star rating based on this except: The staff were fantastic through and through: check in, changes to my reservation (extending my stay) and the directions and suggestions I asked various employees were spot on. All in all, a great experience!

I loved the room., very clean, soft beds! It looks like it was updated not too long ago. They have great shops inside and restaurants. The only thing was that it smells like cigarettes when you enter but the rooms don't.

One of the best casinos that I have gone to. Came by bus. But if I could spend the weekend and someone would drive me I would definitely stay longer. One suggestion put gaming machines in the bar or on the bar table

I live in New York so this was a long bus ride for me but it was well worth it once I got inside. The casino was clean. The drinks kept coming to me. The atmosphere was wonderful. I had a great time here. I went here on a trip with my co-workers and we all had a great time we didn't all win big bucks but we come here annually. We love this place we are treated well here

They have done a good job with resorts. Its a nice place to go to. The food is diverse, the gaming is good, etc. I don't like the smoke in the gaming areas. The rooms are some good some not so good. Overall, they do well. I think they will have to step it up with the hard Rock now competing against them it's been a honeymoon for them where theyve been able to call there own shot

As with most things in life, this place has good and bad. The GOOD: excellent weekday prices, great location/views, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Casino atmosphere fun, low pressure and casino staff excellent. The BAD: At 11pm My "neighbors" were loud/rude 20somethings (not hotels fault) , 2 attempts to get them to reign in their noise was unsuccessful...called front desk for "help", and 3 attempts went unanswered and on 4th attempt person who answered hung up. Not cool. The parking was free according to my reservations, but ended up being $5. Small things, but with the nickle and dime things add up to aggravation and brings rating down.

Resorts Casino Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are many restaurant choices. There are different table games and slot machines. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location on the boardwalk is great because you have access to the beach.

As a 24 year old, I had a good time here but I would recommend this casino/resort more for a family getaway or older crowd. Room was nice although I felt like the bathroom was a tad small. Excellent food and drink on site, pool area is in a great location as well. Did not get to try the spa, unfortunately. Overall, I definiely enjoyed my stay and would go back if given the opportunity.

We stayed in the ocean view towers and it didn’t have a nice view. All we saw was the back of another building .The room smelled very old and musty. On the casino floor the waiter had a nasty attitude. I play the slots machine and could not get any decent service when trying to order a drink. I felt they were a bit racist. She told me to hold on with an attitude and never came back to my area. But another guest stated she keeps coming to our side where there were high rollers. I feel that everyone should be treated equally. But to have a better time in AC we had to go to the Tropicana hotel where there was much better customer service.

The location is nice! I would like to see lower prices on food court restaurants ($24 for a sandwich and soup! But it's a casino, I don't expect less.) New restaurant variety would be fun too. Rooms are nice but could be improved. Casino and hotel workers are friendly. Slots are fun and keep you in the game.

Most slot machines require a minimum of $5. I prefer minimums of $1 but then I'm not a big gambler. The food is outrageously priced. I bought an order of 🍟 and a cup of chili for almost $10. I did enjoy being right on the boardwalk though.

I visited some friends staying at Resorts while they attended an Event for their employer. They had a beautiful room, high up, with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, and Atlantic City's famous Boardwalk. We ate at 2 different restaurants with them while they were there. ( sorry, I don't remember the names) The food and servers were excellent!! I would recommend staying at Resorts in Atlantic City if you get the chance... great job!!
