The rooms are very nice, clean, and every one has a balcony. Great views too. The elevators are cool/interesting. They are 'Smart Elevators' but when they need to accommodate check in at high volume can be a lengthy wait.

The rooms look great, and luxurious. They all include a kitchen. The balcony views are lovely! It's only 10 minutes walking distance, to the Oceans Resort Casino. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurants and Bar search Great Food and Liquor. The swimming pool in Jacuzzis are excellent! I will be back to enjoy many visits!

They need to pay attention to details. stained carpets, holes in walls. facility needs repair and updates. main restaurant was out of pizza 3 hours before close and pizza is half of their menu. Staff needs a good lesson on customer service. With the right management place could be a gem.

The location is great. They lobby and some of the rooms are newly renovated. The shuttle bus is also new. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are not very friendly or professional. The night staff will call you or even come inside your room after midnight with no regard to you or common decency.

Away from all the hustle and bustle. Currently under a much-needed renovation. This hotel is usually decently priced compared to other major hotels on the strip. You also get more room for your money since these are timeshares with kitchenettes. 3 star rating can easily be a 5 after renovations.

Currently under going construction of front entrance which doesn't really impact on guests. Boardwalk recently extended down to it's location, altho no local access as of yet. Great ocean views from guest rooms. Guest room accommodations are top notch and includes a kitchenette. Great music on elevators but somewhat loud. Restaurant is woefully understaffed. Food is pedestrian. Fitness and game rooms with indoor pool and spa. Secure. Overall a great experience. Would heartily recommend for all.

I recently stayed here for the first time recently for a little daycation with my SO and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We had a corner room which over looked the inlet and if the option is available to you I highly recommend that you take it. Rooms were clean, and the hotel was much more quiet than similar rooms at the casinos. They have a free van that will take you from the hotel to various points of interest in AC like casinos or shopping. We ate at the Blue Water Grille, which was a little pricey for some generic bar food, but if you do not feel like leaving it is a great spot.

I just visited this "resort" as part of a timeshare presentation. The resort is rife with the smell of old stale cigarettes embedded into everything. So much so that it burned my eyes and nostrils, and I could taste it in my throat. They are in the midst of renovating the floors, but do not seem to have any plans for the walls and no one there supposedly notices the horrific odor. As part of the renovation, they implemented a new elevator system where you press your floor on the keypad in front of the elevator bank and it directs you to which elevator to take to the floor you specified. This works successfully at several other hotels and office complexes. At this location, it drastically impedes the process of getting from one floor to another, as you waste a significant amount of time waiting for the elevator to arrive. This building is located far away from the rest of the attractions in the area and feels isolated. I would not stay at this location having just toured it, and had I arrived there, sight unseen, would be highly displeased and disgusted, particularly with the stench of cigarettes.

The views here are very nice. The facility and room it self is a little dated and could use some work. The staff was nice. The restaurant on the 7th floor was pretty tasty and very affordable. We have the wings and steak spring rolls. Really enjoyed the hot tub , just wish the pool area visual looked better.

DONT GO HERE!!!! If i could.give zero stars I would. This place is not only shabby looking but they have BEDBUGS!!!! I did an exchange via interval international based on my ownership with Sheraton. I expected since all of my experiences this far with Sheraton have been 5 star that this would be the same. Boy was I wrong. I checked in to spend a week long vacation with my family, only to have to check out less than 24 hours later on Christmas eve!!!! The front desk staff is plesant however, that doesn't take away from the event. The resort is sub par and basic cleanliness is keep up. Don't go here!!!! I repeat look for something else on the strip.

I come here all the time very family friendly. This place has a arcade and one indoor pool and two Jacuzzis indoor/outdoor. They have indoor and outdoor self parking. There's also 2 restaurants that serves delicious food. The flagship has a Shuttle bus that will take you to the board walk or take you shopping. The hotel is under going a face lift but yet still beautiful.

Has a pool. The JITNEY bus stops at the hotel so you can easily access the Atlantic City board walk. You could also take an Uber if you'd want. The hotel has a pool which is fun, but can be loud due to families in the pool. I love the hot tub! And this hotel has the most amazing view of Atlantic City sky line. This hotel has a bar inside it, but I didn't try it out. It looked modern. Staff is friendly. Hotel also has its own parking garage so going garage into the hotel is really easy.
