As a timeshare owner I must say that I enjoy my stay every visit. I love the staff especially German. They now have different on site activities such as BYOB karaoke night, pool parties, BBQ's, painting with a twist rendition, and other family friendly things to do. Oh and the ocean view is priceless!

I thought about giving 4 stars because; 1st. The elevators need programming or something. I swear it must stop on every floor a button is pressed regardless of of your going up or down. Kinda annoying if your on the top floors. 2nd. All was awesome until I recieved a call from someone trying to sell me a Timeshare. I get it, sell me a timeshare for this place on the boardwalk, a paper under the door, but really, a call to my room? I hate time shares. Overall, 5 stars. This place was awesome. The service was great, employees super polite, for the price its way better than the resorts.

I cant say anything bad about this place, staff Amazing, Room Amazing, view Amazing, managers Amazing. This place is my new place to stay whenever I come to AC there was one little hiccup but the manager Dan and his staff handled the situation without any hesitation. The pool and hot tub area is very nice it over looked the beach and boardwalk with tons of space for a person to sunbath away from any crowd. The gym, game room and recreational room was pretty cool also.

I like that it is right on the beach and when you are inside of the hotel it does not seem like it. The room had a great view of the beach and boardwalk. We had to change our room because the carpet was just done and it was wet. But it did not take long. We got their earlier that check in...although they would not let us check in earlier than 4pm we were able to park. Be aware that the parking garage is extremely tight. Everyone was nice. You do have to pay for parking fyi...a whopping 12.80 Per night. But I had a great time other wise

Solid 3 star. Major renovations needed, but they're already under way. Nice amenities, and good location across from the beach

Great place to stay .Its not much traffic since its not a casino also and its directly on the boardwalk and walking distance to the Outlets. The parking garage is very tight and its 1 way in and 1 way out so if you have a big truck be prepared and I hope you good a parking in tightly fitted spaces.

The rooms were nice. The tubs don't have the Jets in it like it says on their website. There was a walk in shower but no tub in our room. My sister's room had a shower and a tub (2 bedroom suite). There were no balconies. The hotel has a door that opens directly on to the boardwalk. Easy walking distance to Cesar's. They have activities scheduled regularly. We participated in a sip and paint. There was karaoke the night before. I prefer the flagship. But this is still a nice hotel.

There are several reasons I only give two stars to Atlantic Palace. It certainly is nothing close to a palace but I guess it's one of the best places to stay in the area. This place could use an upgrade on much of the furniture. There was a funky smell in the hall and room. The step up to get into the tub was huge, would be very difficult for someone to get into with pain or flexibility issues and the drain was clogged so water pooled at the feet (eew). There was a weird knocking noise that happened about every half hour, maybe was the refrigerator, not sure. And they had three elevators of only which two were working the whole time. Never stayed at a place where there was literally always a line for the elevator. Thank goodness this was only a one night stay!

The room was great. Awesome view over the ocean and boardwalk. The staff was friendly. Using quarters in all the all the was terrible. First machine I used I got no product. So I lost 3 dollars. But overall it was nice.

The resort location was the best part of my stay. The resort is old and is in need of an update. The property is well maintained. One example. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. One little spot, but still. The staff was not to friendly. Also one person informed us when we asked about a buffet that's it was closed and steered us to another. We discovered that it's was not closed. When we asked about breakfast we were given a flyer to order from a delivery restaurant when there was a restaurant on the main floor.

All in all we had a very nice full week day at the fantasea resort. Several things would have made this stay better, including notice about construction midweek. The room was clean, but somewhat dated. Everything was an additional charge, from parking to internet. For the price we were very satisfied.

Can't beat the location. Rooms are great. Not without its quirks but so am I. Our third year here and we're already planning next year.

I have been staying at this building for years, phenomenal staff makes that place everything that it is if you ask me personally. They're attentive ,professional, and very personable... With the exceptions of the casinos ...there is definitely not another resort that could even come close to the level of satisfaction that you would have staying at this Resort. It is smack in the middle of the city ,at one of the best locations on the boardwalk, steps to the beach.. in all of my traveling which is a lot, I will say that this resort has probably been one of the most exceptional in all of my years of travel and or staying at a resort/ hotel Etc....also tallest building in the city except for the casinos as far as I understand and the way that the layout is in the hotel you're almost guaranteed a fantastic View anywhere you're located.. always someone to help you or direct you to whatever your needs may be..
