Well when I got there around 12pm, was told check in time is at 4pm. I was drained and tired for driving miles to get there. Had to walk the boardwalk for hours till check in time. Unhappy about that! Finally in room, was totally disappointed! the room needed to be updated for the hundreds of dollars I paid for that room I was upset. For what the room look like I should have paid $30.00 for that night. Toilet handle was broken, carpet looked dirty. Very unhappy, lesson learn plan ahead to get better price and a luxury Hotel.

My neck has a crook in it because the 2 pillows are super thin. PARKING IS THE WORSE!! OMG! Our room was across the street from the check in and we couldn't park on that side. Had to park across the street. Couldn't bolt the door because the lock was warped. You have to hold the handle to flush the toilet. Curtain rods are broken so had to tape the sides to keep them closed. Microwave plate was gone. Iron holder and Kleenex holder are broken off. The BEST things about the room is, it was clean, was only $140 per night and you are only one block from the Tropicana and Caesars Palace Resort and Casinos and 4 blocks from the Tangor Outlets. Oh and the t.v. is great! It's a small flat screen and gets some good channels. My daughter and I were rarely in our room so it is a good place to lay your head after a long day and night of activities.

My husband decided to be spontaneous and planned a stay here, it was the worst experience ever. Room, bed and bathroom was dirty. Bathroom walls and shower curtain needs bleach and a proper scrubbing. Towels and sheets were far from being white. I slept there but woke up being sick, allergies kicked in. Pillows smelt dusty. For the price, definitely didn't worth the stay.

I attempted to stay at this hotel but it was just horrible rooms were not good. First room they gave me the lights weren’t working, second room the heat wasn’t working third room heat wasn’t working and it wasn’t clean and the door couldn’t lock at that point I gave up. I asked for a refund and went to Tropicana. Even got a cheaper price. The only thing good about the hotel was the receptionist who tried his best to accommodate me.

This place is dirty. As you can see in the pictures everything is either broken or dirty with mold. The rooms the give you that are none smoking smells like someone had a smoking party. As much as they charge they should have better housekeeping then they do. We went from 3 different rooms but still nothing clean. I wouldn'trecommend this place to a dog.

Giving this place 1 star is being generous. It is extremely convenient to get to Tropicana and that is the only positive thing I can say. Room was disgusting and dirty. Microwave didn't work. Room was smelly. Toilet ran nonstop. Sticky stains on counter by the TV. Stains all over lamp shades. Plus, part of the counter in the bathroom was missing. Yes, you read that right. MISSING so you could see the pipes below. Poor excuse for a hotel.

The bed is super hard, not comfortable at all. There was a roach crawling near the television. The rug is very moist, not that clean. People kept knocking on the door looking for anybody. It was very hard to put the bolt lock on the door. The microwave, refrigerator, television, and shower works just great but if your looking for luxury this place lacks in that department. The toilet very old fashioned. This place is conveniently located across from the Tropicana Hotel and casino and the boardwalk which was a plus. But if u want to sleep in comfort, this is not the place to do so.
