The parking garage is very affordable and easy to navigate. I didn't stay at aloft, but the fact that there was public parking was important to me. I would give it a five star review if I knew more about the place and/or stayed there.

This is absolutely best hotel chain for your fur babies. They supply beds, bowls and I believe you get treats as we. There is a pool on the 3rd floor along with a huge seating area with a fire pit . There is a dog walk on the 3rd floor with astro turf and even fire hydrants. If you want to experience the bar and a great hotel, The Aloft is the place to be!!!!

It's a typical aloft but the location is A+. Expect the usual Aloft Staples... small yet efficient rooms, communal sitting areas, and shampoo that comes out of a container fixed to the shower wall. The bar downstairs is packed, though. It was tough to get a drink but also very cool we didn't have to leave the hotel to be at one of the more happening places downtown. I'll be back.

Very good accommodations in the heart of the hip downtown area of Asheville. Noise level pretty low and beds very comfortable. Only complaint is that the parking garage is a bit of a confusing production, especially when arriving. Otherwise great.

Aloft is our new favorite downtown Asheville hotel! Being able to bring our dogs with us on trips is incredibly important to us and Aloft was beyond accommodating! The location of the hotel is ideal, it's close to everything and we were even able to spend time in the lounge area of the hotel with our dogs one evening! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, overall, a wonderful experience!

This is a great hotel if you are bringing ur dog in town. They have a wonderful staff that provided us with lists of dog friendly shops and restaurants in the area. They also provided a brewery list however it would be a nice improvement if it had shown dog friendly breweries on the list. The on a plus side, they have a dog run in the hotel so you dont need to leave the hotel however it could be more sanitary, it smells strongly like pee. The hotel room was very clean and nice, only downside was the bathroom door would not latch closed. Ultimately, if you have a dog, this is the place to stay.

Wonderful hotel! Dog friendly and friendly to dogs. No pet guilt if you stay here, you can even drink at the bar with your pup. A little pricey when I stayed there, but worth it.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfy, and modern, with a great bar/lounge area. In addition, this is the absolute best dog-friendly hotel I've ever experienced. They don't just allow dogs there, they go out of their way to cater to dogs. They delivered dog beds and water bowls to the room for us to use during our stay, and also included treat bags with doggie cookies and squeaky toys. There's also a gated dog run on the 3rd floor, so you don't have to leave the hotel for your dog to use the bathroom. The staff, especially the young lady at the front desk and the security guard, were beyond friendly and accommodating, and made the stay for us and our dogs an outstanding experience. Because of this positive experience, I'll go out of my way to stay in an Aloft hotel when possible.

This hotel is awesome. I typically stay at the Grove Park, but couldn't stomach the $350 price during Christmas week. Aloft was $150 less, has the same great view, is in the middle of everything, has a great bar with free pool table, and has parking in the building. Best part was that the bar was serving food on Christmas night. Will be back.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are a little cold design wise but the staff was super nice! I got a drink voucher good for 2 beers at the bar. Bed was comfortable. The location can't really be much better. Right I'm the middle between the arts district to the north and the beer district to the south. Will likely stay here again next time I am in town.

Nice hotel in a great location. Mountain view rooms on the 6th floor have balconies which are perfect to watch the sunset over the mountains. The rooms aren't huge but have everything you need with a comfortable bed and furniture. The only improvement I'd suggest for 5 stars is better blackout curtains and something to insulate the hallway noise. The hotel bar is quaint and also has a nice restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again.

Right in the middle of downtown Asheville. Nice and clean with friendly staff. I stayed during the winter so the pool was closed. My room did not have a tub so those with young children- no baths. Try the City Bakery across the street for breakfast, Barley’s for beer and pizza. There is a cool Mexican restaurant one block away with outside fire pit. Grocery store co-op also one block away. Dog friendly.

Friendly and caring staff always going above their way to help. Atmosphere is friendly. Definitely it's the place to be and enjoy Asheville downtown, wine tasting in hotel in certain dates. Rooms are spacious, views breathtaking. They have their own laundry facilities, even provide detergent. Green program if not having sheets cleaned hotel provides a $5. Voucher daily, love it!

I have not stayed at the hotel only visited the Rooftop venue. It was comfortable and the drinks delicious. Inside got noisy as the evening went on, but we enjoyed the outdoor seating and the street view of Asheville. A great place to relax and enjoy a beverage.

The walls were a little thin where we were. We could hear our neighbors to the right talking at a very audible level. It didn't seem as if they were yelling, and we could hear them multiple times. It was very clean and super comfy bed tho so overall definitely would recommend and return if we had the opportunity!

This hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of everything. They are not only friendly to people, but are very dog-friendly. It was great to see people and their dogs everywhere in the hotel. Nice rooms, very modern, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I felt 100% BAIT AND SWITCHED. Called a day before arriving to schedule a nights stay for a little day-cation get away for my other half. The rate quoted on the phone was $199, but the service rep signed me up for their rewards program and dropped the price to $129. I booked the room. Upon arriving after the 3 hour drive, the clerk said the price I booked the room for and was quoted was no good for me, and the price would be $199. She said the 129 price was an employee rate and I needed a form for proof. This was never mentioned when I booked the room for $129 over the phone... They refused to honor the rate and offered me a manager’s discount of $150 for the night. On top of this is a $9 parking fee per night. The hotel is clean and has really cool modern look to the rooms and lobby, however the walls are very thin..so thin in fact you can actually hear the neighbors raising and lowering the window shades....it actually sounds like they are in the room with you adjusting YoUR shades...so you can imagine the other noises you can hear. If I were the manager I would have honored the original pricing the room was booked for. The price even showed up on the computer...if I was truly unable to honor the price I would have at least given a complimentary $20 bar ticket, or waived the parking fee to show customer appreciation INSTEAD of just offering to call other hotels in the area (which is what happened) Won’t be staying here or at any other locations ever again. I travel and stay in hotels regularly due to my work and I’ve never been treated like this before.

New to this area. Walked to the front desk and Lauren greeted us with a great smile. She told us places to go and about the breweries. She was so helpful. The hotel was perfect, great location. Definitely would stay again. Surprised by Lauren she gave us a gift certificate for free breakfast. Thanks!

Hotel is modern, clean, friendly in a super great location at downtown Asheville with lots of breweries, shops, restaurants within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Super dog friendly where they even hosted a foster dog available for adoption. How awesome is that? Love this hotel...
