Room was average. Water coming out of the shower and sink was greasy, never seen something like that. I felt cleaner before taking the shower.

My wife and I found this place thinking that sentence would be in town for some extended time we would save money and stay in this dump... Sad mistake for us.. I caught the creepy clerk that walks his cat on a leash going into the room next to us around 330, my wife and my bump and grind time. I heard this joker scratching around in the vent adjacent to the bed. I asked her to do a little dance and this pervert falls forward into the unit giving himself away... Total sicko... The only thing more disturbing was the police officer and his great eye for detail did nothing when I pointed out the liar still had his pants unzipped... Master Norman Bates motel

These people will make your trip a bad experience. We showed up tired and they wouldn't fulfill our reservation. I was confused on the pricing and they got fed up and turned me away. Luckily, I found a much better place to go in a few minutes. Take my advice, choose anywhere else.

I found this by chance and was very happy with it! The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and not scratchy the staff was very nice. I'll be returning here for sure next time I go to the coast. It was 8 minutes from everything we needed, the beach, shopping, grocery stores.

We finally arrived in Arroyo Village Inn late into the night, exhausted from the drive from LA that had taken us almost all day. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and even upgraded our room at no charge. Our room was clean, had wifi access and a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were so comfortable that we overslept and woke up close to time to check out. I went to the office to see if it was OK that we were running behind and was greeted by a pleasant lady who told me it was no problem and to take our time. We will definetly be staying here again when we are in the area!!
