The rates here are cheaper than most Hotels in the area, which is a nice accommodation, plus full size fridge, a small 2 burner stove and a full size microwave, but they have no ice machines on each floor like most Hotels do, and they have no coffee or tea machines for guests in the rooms. The other down fall is that for as big as this Hotel is they have no pool, no breakfast, no lunch or dinner options, nor do they provide, body wash, lotion, or shampoo and conditioner for there guests like most Hotels do as well, and no recreational activities for children or families that stay here for long periods of time. Also after about my first week here with my 7 year old son, we woke up to ants crawling all over our floor in the room, and baby rouches on the floor and in the bedding, and there have been bed bugs in some of the other guests rooms as well. So I would rate this hotel as less than satisfactory, but I will rate only 2 of the Staff members here as amazing and hard-working the rest of the Staff members I do not care for as much.

The best staff ever, except for Corey or Corry, he was a little stand-off ish and non welcoming. Jeff is great, Hayley is fantastic and the staff overall is very well put together. Especially Ms. Hayley, she was the most helpful to me throughout my entire stay and I recommend she be promoted to manager.

The rooms were clean and affordable and staff at front desk friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was some how fire alarm was triggered on middle of night and everyone had to be evacuated until fire department showed for a false alarm.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do NOT STAY HERE! I have been locked out of my room for the past 3 days! They cannot get the door open with any key. I have missed 2 days off work due to all of my belongings being locked in the room. At this point I can't even get a different hotel because my wallet is locked in the room. This place is horrible and I'll be filing a formal complaint to receive reparations. DO NOT STAY HERE! Day three with no clothes, no shoes, no wallet and they still can't get the door open.

Woodspring suites in Arnold Mo ,well if you want bed beds, dirty linens that a new general manager 'Ashley' insist on telling her staff they don't have to change unless there are stains on them,If you want to be woke up by screaming fire alarms a few times monthly, sometimes weekly because no one is checking these rooms or the people they have in them, this is your place,My dog has more teeth than the entire staff does.you will see prostitution ,staff begging g for change because 'Ashley ' cuts everyone's hours,Ashley should be a author, because all the lies and backstabbing she does with her staff would make for a good comedy,so very unprofessional, some of the dirtiest people I've ever met and when you think it can't get any worse? Wait for the weekend,Jeff a staff member can't do anything right, lucky he knows his own name,Ellen? Another staff member will do anything to stay in her room with her two kids,if she was a decent person she would remove her kids and get a real job.and lastly, want to get high for free, all you drug addicts out there,go to Woodspring suites in Arnold mo,all you have to do is walk the halls, the smell alone will knock you out! This place should be shut down! My new mission!

Ashley and the staff rocks I would like better beds but it's cool it's like family the staff is great it has changed a lot. I have read a lot of reviews and it seems like people that leave 1 star can't follow rules pretty simple!!!!

I give this place 3 stars. It was ok, they only tried to come in one time to clean in the 3 weeks we stayed and we where sleeping. Had to do most of the cleaning myself.

Simple, no frills motel. No amenities such as coffee, ice or toiletries. Laundry available. Very noisy in the next room, yelling and child crying late into the night. Dog barking in the morning across the hall.

I travel alot due to work and out of the hundreds of places I've stayed at this was the worst. The staff is so rude and they have one particular employee who almost jumped over the front desk to fight me. They have no respect for the people they take in and are just looking for a reason to throw you out so they can take your money and have a vacant room again. I'm never coming back as long as I live.

High weekly rates . located in a shopping plaza, so forget a nice view. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster. And no maid service! Building looks very nice, lol.

I lived here for a couple of months. Eventually the staff felt like family. They almost never cleaned my room, the whole time I was there. No pool but there is a laundry room. The weekly prices went up almost every week. It's much cheaper to pay by the month. Cops were there frequently but if you mind your business and don't smoke in your room, they won't bother you.

This is a simple hotel well suited for someone on a budget who needs long term rental. The room was clean. There is a simple kitchenette. You need to supply your own pots, pans and dishes. The staff and long term residents went out of their way to make us feel like we belonged even though we only stayed two days.
