This hotel has nice sized rooms, big bathrooms with shower products included, a small fridge, powerful air conditioner, and black out curtains. There are working ice and water machines at each building. Also, they make your bed every day, and clean up your room without touching any of your belongings. Overall it's a nice hotel.

The rooms were great. The price was good. We were very unhappy with the way we were treated by the morning manager. He was very rude to my wife going over questions with the way the bill was processed. He pointed to her like she was two. Very unprofessional.

We liked the luxurious simplicity of the room and grounds. Everything was comfortable - the bed, pillows, towels and furniture. Also the shower head was set high enough to accommodate a tall person. We would have loved to stay longer if we had more time.

Quick check-in. Some comfy beds. Strangely shaped rooms, but it was quiet and I slept well. Good. Enough. For me.

Interesting and unique set up, absolutely beautiful landscape, in a very quiet setting. The buildings are older yet renovations have been done and the bed and pillows we're very comfortable. I travel a lot and I now have found my new hotel when staying in the Redding are

I really liked the rooms with the back patio and the hotel was unique. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms weren’t as clean as they should be for such a spendy stay. The lamps had coffe splashed on them and the conditioner dispenser didn’t look wiped down at all. Oh and the coffee maker wasn’t rinsed out very well. Other than that nice stay👌

Have not stayed in the hotel. We have had lunch here many times. Best place for lunch in the area. Good food, maybe a little slow getting food and drinks. Full bar too.

Gaia Hotel had a weird set up and it was fairly difficult to find the room. However, after trotting from one end to the other, several times the security guard helped us to our room. The room was your standard low to mid range hotel, much like a non-upgraded Best Western or a nicer Travelodge. I will say this though the bed was extremely comfortable, I was asleep as soon as I laid down.

The room was very comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Only wish the restaurant was open earlier for dinner.

I was at a professional meeting. We were served a buffet breakfast which was very good. The sound system was good. The room was too long and it was hard to see the screen. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was on the second floor of the c building. I had a big window which I liked and the bed was super comfortable! The bathroom looked to be a little newer than the room. The carpet in the room looked just a bit weathered. But that is just nit picking. I didn't get a chance to explore the grounds and enjoy the outdoor fire pits. I would stay again!

It's a nice little place out of the way. Everyone seems nice. My only problem was that the bedding smell strange!..Fabreeze maybe? And I didn't care for the dispenser in the shower for the shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap. Tho I see why they done so, to save a little money and less trash on their part.

The Gaia Hotel and Spa is one of my all time favorite hotels to stay at when I'm traveling north to Oregon from the Bay Area. I always have an amazing good night's sleep in their comfortable beds and I love that the rooms are not your typical boxed rooms. The environment is peaceful and the staff friendly. Plus that have a wonderful restaurant that has a great dinner menu to choose from. What more do you need?

Gaia hotel is so awesome!!! We're from portland and was driving from California to go back home to Portland. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful and absolutely welcoming. Carol was very sweet and absolutely showed such good service and loved our pet chihuahua. Definitely a place that we would go to when we want to relax or stay overnight when we travel south. So awesome!!!

Meals $$. live music created a soothing yet upbeat ambiance. Hostess was very welcoming. Waitress did not let us know about the daily specials as she did other tables surrounding us. Most other tables received a basket of bread, we were never offered. It seemed we had to pull information out of her. Asked her about the Woodside Stacked Meatloaf ($18) 'What is a bordelaise sauce?' Our Waitress huffed and replied reply..."It's just a fancy word for Brown Gravy." We didn't appreciate her attitude. Hostess checked on us more than our Waitress. I enjoyed the Stacked Meatloaf wrapped in bacon, garlic mashed potatoes were a bit dry yet tasty, could have been better with more of the "fancy brown gravy" on it. Asparagus very fresh & cooked perfectly. My best friend ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger ($14) Cooked perfectly, juicy & delicious.

The rooms are spacious, and open. Clean and we'll kept. With plenty of shampoo, and hand soaps. The amenities here are also something I have been happy with the pool is outdoors but seams to be in use a good portion of the year, the weight room is again big with several choices of what you could use. Although it could use a set of free weights and some yoga mats for people who want to do a few things laying on the ground. But overall it is a good gym. The lawn is well kept and very nice as far a views around the area.
