Poor!! i would have given zero if there was an option. They did not even checked the room before giving it to us - we booked 3 rooms and all 3 we changed because of the room was smelling and also room was not cleaned and bed was with bed sheets open and towels all around the room and we got that room. They gave the wrong room and we were knocking the wrong room at 12 AM when we came back from niagara and they were saying our room is different and sorry for that - I would avoid this in future!!

Wouldn't recommend. Carpet floors felt wet. The first room I was in #246, the bed had all kinds of hair on it. After getting new sheets and taking the old ones off, found out the mattress had stains on it.

It's an alright place to stay. The "breakfast" is granola bars and coffee and the kitchens in the rooms are rather minimal. Microwave, hotplate stovetop, and a fridge. No oven. Small sink. The bathroom is pretty nice. The beds are comfortable if on the hard side. The cable tv is laughable, but the free WiFi is robust. All in all, it's alright.

My sister is staying there now. When I went there the rooms were pretty small a lot smaller than I was expecting. But the staff seemed pretty friendly housekeeping even gave her extra towels for her two children. The kitchen area is more like a kitchenette very small with no oven just two electric burners. There was a microwave and a small fridge. The TV was also on the smaller side maybe 32in if I had to guess. It was kind of like walking into a small studio apartment they do have coin operated laundry and they do what the hotel guest use things such as brooms and vacuum cleaners. My sister has been staying there for about 2 weeks and so far she has had a number of noisy people to either side of her one upstairs one got kicked out for smoking marijuana and the rest are just your basic people go in there for what people do in motel rooms LOL overall I would have to say it's an alright Motel but not much better than a Motel 6 if the Motel 6 had a fridge

I've stayed at Extended stays in Philly, Cleveland, Rochester, Syracuse, Baltimore, etc and they were fine..but this location was the worst. Our heat didnt work and the room had a bad odor. We were moved to another room that wasnt cleaned at all.. third room was okay. Front desk staff was nice though..

The continental/grab and go breakfast is Quaker Oatmeal packets and nothing else. The wifi was unavailable for the first night during my stay. It seemed that almost every door in the building slams. This woke my room up many times in the very early morning. I would estimate I heard the door slam nearly 10 times during my first morning. The room does have a full refrigerator and freezer which is nice. Also the room had a 2 burner stove top and microwave.

Extended Stay America is my choice chain for travel. Who else always has a full-size fridge cooled for your comfort groceries? Whether it be a case of beer, lunch meat, a carton of eggs, ice cream, or a TV dinner, there's a cold fridge or freezer waiting to help you keep your familiar comforts at hand. In addition, the room layouts and amenities are very consistent. The only reason for 4 stars, this location forgot a spare roll of toilet paper in my room.

We booked this Hotel for 3 days. Hotel had cigarette smells all over, Carpets never cleaned & dirty. I felt very bad staying in this Hotel. I have stayed in other Extended stay America hotels but this is the worst to my knowledge.

Good for one night stay… We were on the way to Niagara Falls and we stayed here for one night. We checked in very late so we had to some person to come over counter and do business with us. All Extended Stay properties offer you good value, large rooms with full kitchens that are relatively clean. Staff offer very basic service - do not expect them to smile or be friendly. This place allows pets, so be aware of barking and possible animal hair in your room. The room is rather spacious and has a full kitchen - very convenient. My room was clean very well and no smell at all which my friend faced in other room. The included breakfast is Quaker Oats and coffee. The property is located at the end of a dead end street so it is a quiet location with no highway or traffic noise

We were expecting a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. The room was extremely smelly - probably the cigarette/smoke smell, also room was not clean. Seen some used toilet papers in the trash in the toilet. Which was disgusting. When we asked for another room, the receptionist was not ready to show another room. When we asked to cancel the booking, she was not ready to cancel, finally charged for one day. Also lights were not working in the room. Also in the lobby area, it was dark.. Looks like a haunted hotel.. needs lot of changes in the hotel to get some normal customers.
