At first arriving at the location, I was a little sketchy off it, but after getting to know the beautiful rooms, I fell in love. I definitely think this is worth the price you pay for a room, and the location is perfect for drives. There are stores and restaurants on every turn. Perfect for a family.

If you have no other option, this place has a roof, walls, doors, and bathrooms. Beyond that, if you have a choice, pick anything else. I had to be in town for work and rather than enduring another miserable night, checked out a day early and drove until midnight. The staff is rude. The clomping of the marching band staying above me was never ending. The bed frame was broke, so trying to sleep on a tilt was fun. There is no breakfast but there is a sign in the room stating if you need a coffee maker in your room, to ask. You can ask, and the answer is that you can buy one from them for $30. Asked for cooking utensils/plates/silverware and was told to go to the dollar store even though those were supposed to be available as well. What good is having a kitchen in a room if you have nothing available to utilize it with. No iron/board in the room. The television was broken. The window (2nd floor) was broken by what looked like a bb gun pellet. The fixtures in the bathroom were all loose. The hallways stunk from cooking. I can think of nothing positive about this place.

Good accommodations for a short stay. Not a place for a comfortable long stay if you ask me. Good prices.

Expect no frills here. My room was clean and the staff that I interacted with were very nice. Having a kitchenette was helpful for my trip but it was disappointing that I had to buy silverware.

The lobby, hallways, and rooms all have their own unique smell with different compositions of cigarettes and air fresheners. You have to pay for wifi like it's a state-of-the-art technology and not a basic service.

The front desk lady was very rude. She was speaking badly of us to our bosses, trying to get us in trouble. She accused us of leaving trash in the hallway as soon as we stepped out of our room one night. We had to boil our water to clean it, it was pretty gross. We were there for almost two weeks before somebody came to see if we needed new towels and sheets and everything. Very poor service, we were very unsatisfied with this hotel.

It has been a nice place to stay. The kitchen has been very useful. The laundry was clean and adequate for my needs. I only wish the hardwood floor in my room was cleaner.

The room was small. It did seem cozy though. Location requires a car or other means of travel.

I stayed 6 months a while back at this Lehi location. Nice Utah county environment. Environment is ok for adults not so good for kids. Most guests seem to go to job every day. That's a good sign.

This place is full of drug dealers. Look out your window and you'll see a drug deal go down. The manager of this hotel, some guy in a cowboy hat and his friend are the leaders of this operation. The manager is creepy and I felt scared a lot of the time. Our situation sucked because we had just moved to the area and was waiting for our townhouse to be available. The cheapest hotel, but the worst! Wish the police would get involved to fix this situation, because it's out of control. If you find yourself unfortunate enough to stay here just keep to yourself and they'll leave you alone. Recommendation to the owner- stop running a drug house/ hotel. If you're not aware then you need to watch the cameras, because your manager is in on this problem. Maybe things have changed, but probably not- this was a few months ago.
