I find this place close to many restaurants and shops. Kitchen is very nice but dated. It would be nice if the pet policy was posted. The $25.00 nightly added cost could make a factor for some.

Stayed over night the towels where stained, the room smelled like cigarettes, there was roaches in the room, the housekeeping lady opened the door while me and my husband was making love and they are charging me $250 for " smoking fee" when we didn't smoke in the room. The only good was the front lobby staff was very nice and the location is good.

Stayed for one night as a crash pad after hanging out with some friends. Checking in was no problem at 2am and the receptionist was nice. Only real complaint was that the hallways had some weird smell. Everything else was satisfactory.

Clean room and nice staff... There are plenty of options for dinner in the local area. This hotel feels secluded from everything by trees.

I stayed here with my family while visiting the area and found it to be priced well for such a good accommodation. The room was updated with a comfortable bed. The facility was clean, had courteous staff and it was very quiet in the whole week I was there. The location has ample parking and well lit. Overall very nice area with mall, shops, Publix and other great stores and eateries within a short distance. The only thing that would make it 5 star would be better water pressure in the shower instead of water saving shower head.

Cheap but effective. Comforter had some yellow stains, odd smell in the room, but overall acceptable for a night's rest. Exercise caution as they are doing road construction right outside at current, expect a wake up call!

We only stayed for one night, so it was not set up for our needs. It is more like an apartment partially furnished with a bed, and TV on a chest of drawers. I read that longer stays can request dishes and kitchen goods from the office, which would be an awesome perk for longer stays. It was clean, but noisy.

Expensive room for one night that we needed just to be close to the airport. Dirty, old, gross. We booked a four person room and got a king with a twin pull out. The windows had been left open in the room when we entered on a cold, damp day. It was freezing. They only had sheets for the twin, no blankets or alternative (cold January night), yes, we asked them for something. Room had an empty kitchen, not even a disposable cup for water. Towels were dirty, washcloth with red lipstick. Carpet looked like it my have never been vacuumed or washed. Twin bed was horrible, squeaky and springs ready to bust through mattress. Every part of this was awful.

You can't make everyone happy. Someone said these people are rude. well if you were being rude to them, then you get what you give. Over all this was a nice place to stay. they need ashtrays outside if they want people to go outside to smoke

I can’t give you a review on the rooms but I can say the overnight desk woman was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. My husband is in Orlando for work and we were placed at the Hilton right down the road. Last night the 3rd floor had a fire and everyone was evacuated. I needed to use the restroom (I’m 30 weeks pregnant) and change my sons diaper. I walked over to extended stay and told her the situation and she looked me up and down and told me no, there are no public restrooms here. Unstandable, but I’m still in awe at how rude she really was. Y’all need to look into a new overnight desk lady.

one star just for good location. Nothing good about this. They dint have blankets for pull out sofa, no ice machines, no breakfast only cereal bar and coffee. We stayed for 5 days everyday new kind of smell one day cigarettes, other day sweat, burnt oil , burnt food. Horrible. Cleanliness is bad. I got severe rash when i entered the bed EVERYDAY. laudry room soap dispenser doesn't work . no customer service. Din't bother to clean the the room day before the checkout. Too Pricey for such low grade hotel. Wish there was a return policy... haha

The room itself is great. It includes a full fridge/freezer, plus a stove and a microwave. They provide you with 4 towels in the bathroom and you could always ask for more. The "breakfast" is just a small room with coffee/juice with oatmeal packs and nature valley bars, like a grab and go service. Also there's no trash can outside or in the lobby, the only one you have is the small one in your room.

Don't stay at any cost. They say they serve breakfast but u get granola bars and coffee. The bathroom tub was cracked. There is no house cleaning if you want clean towels you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk for new ones. You even have to take your own trash out. Tiny roaches every where. If there was zero star I would have given that.

Quiet and clean, took my dog with no problem. They don't allow pits or rotwillers though so be aware of that if you own one (I didn't see that on the website personally). There was some mold around our window frame but the room didn't feel too damp. Very nicely renovated and pretty clean!

We decided to extend our visit to overnight. We weren't sure if we were going to find accommodations on such short notice. But we did and our stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rate was affordable. Thank you Extended Stay America for a memorable visit!

Stayed during Hurricane Matthew. Very pet friendly, dog were everywhere. Staff was cheerful, helpful, and very accommodating during the crisis. They did their best during our time there. We had two adults, two boys, and two medium dogs. Paid the pet premium, but that is to be expected everywhere. Yes, we would go there again.
