Nice place with a loft style bedroom. Spacious enough for 2 people and I believe had 2 bathrooms in our room as well as 2 TVs. Nice location for a short visit to the area for wedding.

We had a great experience here, needed a room for the night and was skeptical. The room was very clean, staff very courteous, no bugs at all. I was very impressed with our stay. Thanks to the staff and owners for making our stay pleasurable.

"If you cannot say anything nice, don't say anything at all." Okay. Coffee was good, shower was hot. Upper management really needs to access this facility if they want it to be successful and popular.

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! My mom called this morning saying she woke up with bites all over her. She reported it to the desk clerk/manager. The clerk refused to issue a full refund, only refunding the nights she did not stay. As my mother spoke with the manager, another guy came down with his shirt off and res bites all over his upper body. I spoke with the manager via phone. She was extremely rude about the situation. Simply giving a full refund would have been sufficient. Because the manager chose to be extremely rude to my mother, I will now be contacting Corporate and the local health department.

The past 5 hotels and motels I have stayed at I have had to complain about the wi-fi service. No connections, dropped connections, slow, etc. Well, had to compliment these folks on the way out. Connections were quick, never dropped, and quick so kudos for that part of a major issue for business travelers. Room clean and fairly well appointed. (Bedside clock dead.) One area for improvement is to offer more hot breakfast options. Oatmeal and toast just doesn't cut it in the days of waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc.

The location was close to everything but other than that it was a very bad experience. We were supposed to stay two nights and only stayed one because as soon as we walked in it smelled very bad. The room was not cleaned and still had the trash from the previous renters and there were holes in our bed sheets. It was just overall a very bad stay.

Good place for the price, would choose to use again for good quality and a discount hotel experience. Reserve a 5 star for amazing, good for a pit stop on a road trip.

Old sleeper couch. Old springs. Would have been pleased with Memory Foam Mattress at least. Two lamps in suite without working bulbs. Towels ultra small. It does have two televisions, one upstairs and one down and 1.5 bath. Tub should be restored better. All in all, I've had worse and pool is small but nice and staff is pleasant. They allow dogs, we had a little Yorkie. P.S. Something should be done with the people who stay there loitering in the walk ways with chairs outside their rooms playing music like it's an apartment complex in little Havana. People were friendly, but it made us nervous as we stopped in with family with a child from out town. That was my home town. This place once was La Quinta where my family stayed when they came in for our wedding. This place has gone down hill. Sad to see that the community and businesses aren't holding up as well as other area's have in the area over the last 25 years. This seems like a place where illegals are holding up while working. There were many men that seemed to come in from working, clean up and head out for evening while others (older) loitered the hallways listening to Spanish lyric music. Not the standard guests from out of town visiting family, vacation or in for a professional business trip. With groups of men covered in paint or plaster seems to be under the table type of jobs without homes of their own in area seems like they were illegals that can't work above table or obtain legit rental property. Stuff like this runs places down and hurts the economy. Become legal, pay taxes, join us in the work force and rent or buy a home. Hotels are for guests traveling that want a safe place to stop in when tired. I was really sad to see this appear to be the new normal.

Believe it or not, this was the cheapest hotel in the area (more expensive than Disney surrounding ones) $100/night. I can't believe hotels were that expensive. Still, it was full. Rooms doesn't smell and are somewhat clean, but things were old and breakfast was just bread and cereal. Unless you want to pay $180/night this is most likely your best option (unless you try Airbnb)

The place is quiet if anything and people usually keep to themselves. The rooms could be better and service was decent. If you are looking for a quick bite, fast food restaurants are right down the street.

The room was nice and we even got upgraded to a suite which was great. The outlets in the room barely worked though so it was difficult charging our devices. We were not given any information about the free continental breakfast at checkin so we ended up eating out every morning. The staff seemed friendly though.

Checked into room 105 and I was displeased with the conditions of the room. After checking in, I discovered roaches in my food & bed. There were at least 3 or 5 roaches. There was also blood residue on the bathroom walls n floor. I have pictures to prove it. I showed The pictures to front desk and they issues $35 back on to my debit card as a refund. After paying $103 I expected a whole refund. I have been in cheaper hotels with better service

I love this hotel--great location and a peaceful, beautifully landscaped courtyard with fountain and clean pool! One of the male desk clerks was not professional, but I CANNOT say enough good things about the manager Jami (sp?). I was there almost two weeks and watched her pay extraordinary attention--every single day--to making sure guests and property were well cared for. She was informed and informative, detail oriented, professional --and I saw her manage several challenging situations very intelligently, and fairly/appropriately. She's the reason I'll return to that property and why i give it 4 stars!
