The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms are large and we'll maintained. Breakfast buffet each day and some weekdays have an evening social hour. If you're in town for a couple days, this is a good choice. Wish it was a bit closer to the metro or King Street, but they do have complimentary shuttle service.

Was in a conference room to attend attend a function for my child's school. The facility was nice, but there weren't enough chairs for everyone. I'm not sure if that was due to the event holder or hotel.

Greatly enjoyed my stay in a cozy suite. Renovations are giving a wonderful facelift, but with small misses, like outlets, phone replacements and updated bathroom tiles. Staff was fantastic, as was the breakfast. Within walking distance to a variety of places.

The hotel's main floor and second floor are under construction. The staff does a great job of handling it. You don't really even know it's going on. The front desk staff will do anything they can to help you and that includes taking you in the hotel van within a mile of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and if we get back in the vicinity we will definitely stay here.

Was nice even though they are renovating. They advertise having a pool which we were looking for since had young children. They told us they had no pool at all, not that it was being renovated but it was non existent. However they had it advertised on Google and Kayak with pictures plus TV hey had a sign in their own hallway listing "pool". Guess what, we found the pool and yes it was empty in a renovated area. So needless our small vacation was a bust because the 4 and 6 yr old couldn't swim after being dragged site seeing that didn't interest them too much. Customer service was a joke.

I stayed here a full week. My room had a mini-kitchen and the hotel's location is walking distance to the DC metro, whole foods market and CVS. I used the blue-line metro to easily commute into downtown DC daily. Important to mention that the metro also takes you directly into Reagan National, so transport to and from the airport via metro couldn't be better, it is only two or three short stops away. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help, room was great and access to DC, Alexandria and Old Town is hard to beat.

All the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was varied and at least twice a week they provide snacks and drinks in the evening. A shuttle service is provided within a mile radius of the hotel. Some of my party members said the beds were a tad hard but honestly I had no difficulty falling asleep and didn't think negatively of the beds. There is also a whole foods and a park within two blocks and the metro station is within easy walking distance it you can take the shuttle.

A very clean hotel and my stay was wonderful, granted I was put up there by my job and the cost was covered (so I can't really evaluate value properly). But as for the amenities, they were wonderful, the gym was very clean and we'll stocked so I didn't have too much of a wait. The cleaning staff came in and refreshed the room so it was a joy to come back to after a long day of work.

I have stayed a this particular a number of times for various business trips and I always enjoy it. The rooms are always clean and like most extended stay residences they I clue a refrigerator, a microwave, a conductive burner and also dishes to and a dishwasher for when you don't want to eat out or want to keep some food at home. There are also a number of social events during the week, down in the lobby with free appetizers and alcohol which is convenient for those that want to get out a little bit with someone other than those from work. There is also the Kong Street Plaza a 10 minute walk down the street with a number of restaurants, bars and stores. In addition this hotel is a five minute walk from from the Metro yellow line so you can make it into DC within 25 minutes. Overall this hotel is a nice place to stay if you want a place to relax and hangout with the ability to get into DC quickly.

I had a fantastic stay at this Residence Inn. The room was very clean and inviting. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning along with a free happy hour on weekdays with food and beer and wine. It is perfect for an after-work snack and drink and cool down. All of the employees were great. I highly recommend staying here

Great rooms and nice staff - but I discovered a $150 pet charge on my bill after I returned home. Didn't have a pet. Review your bill carefully at checkout! UPDATE: Hotel rep contact me and reversed the pet charge. All good now!
