Really nice hotel. Great customer service. I had an amazing view from the room that I stayed in. The restaurant had an amazing lunch and dinner selection. Breakfast... not so much. Very bland and poorly made. I ordered the French toast twice and each time the bread was soggy with yolk. The restaurant closes at 10 so bring snacks if you’ll arrive late. I ended up getting their at midnight and had sleep for dinner. There’s an outdoor pool and gift shop in the hotel. As well as a barbershop. I bought a little magnet for my fridge to take come. The hotel is right across from a bus station so this is also a plus.

Don't leave anything in your room it will be stolen. Then when you submit a claim they will say they are not liable. So basically their housekeeping staff can take whatever they want. They did not reimburse me for my items or offer any Hilton Honor points or anything. Just a, "Sorry we are not liable." Other than that the hotel was nice and staff was helpful.

Overall stay was great, room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Not a huge deal, and it sounds weird to say but the sheets and blankets were a bit starchy. Despite that everything else was wonderful. Shuttle service was convenient and the location is close to the highway and DC.

Great hotel. Nice staff and clean modern rooms. Great views of DC. It was a quick stay but we found a good dinner nearby and slept well. Shuttle is available if you are without a car.

Great hotel located not to far from DC. Very comfortable guest rooms and suites. Plenty of convention and meeting space, with on site parking garage. Rear of hotel has a nice amount of green space including a picturesque pond. The on site restaurant, Finn and Porter, is great - has a sushi bar and serves local craft beer from Port City. My group has held its annual dinner here for over 10 years. Impeccable service. Definitely 5 star property in all aspects.

Fantastic place to stay. The attached restaurant was loaded with good food. I had sushi on my evening and it was delicious. The staff was professional, friendly and, willing to go the extra mile for service. I'll be back.

I have been here with a group of 200+ people. The rooms were all keyed wrong - no one was able to get into their room. This happened multiple times. Management handled it relatively well. Nice hotel otherwise. Not sure if it's a good value.

Location was great, my room was really nice. Staff and setting we're wonderful. However, parking was an insane $26 a night with no exceptions and the indoor pool and gym were extremely small and not worth visiting. Definitely a business setting rather than a family one. But the restaurant and breakfast we're good and there's a nice bar.

Stayed here with our tour group of 27 people. The building is towering high and very clean on the inside. Easy access off of I395 and a short drive away from all the major attractions in DC. Each morning we had a breakfast buffet, paid by the group, and it was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of a couple things that made it a 4 instead of a 5 Star. The drawer on the dresser rolled out on its own and was about 8 inches out. They did eventually come and fix this after o walked into it at night... the cold water on the bathroom sink barely came out. The hot water was SUPER hot, which is normally good unless you don’t have enough cold water to offset it. Although a minor issue, they could not fix that and I was told I could not change rooms. Outside of that, beautiful stay!

The Hilton at Mark Center is perfect for anyone in training or working temporarily at Mark Center, the large DoD building across the street. The rooms are clean and staff is professional. If you have a room any level above the trees, the views are simply breathtaking! Also, the Hilton has a restaurant on the first level and food trucks in the parking lot. The transit center next door has buses running throughout Alexandria, Arlington, and DC. To spend the day downtown, jump on the 7M bus to Pentagon station and take Metro from there.

It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. I have attended corporate events at this place and their ballroom is big and beautiful. They do a good job of maintaining the place. Plenty of parking and right off 395.

This place has excellent food. I went for the Black History Month banquet and the food they served was awesome. It was not your regular gross banquet food. Everyone literally ate everything. Also the hotel itself is very nice.

Uniquely designed Hilton brand hotel with an in house restraunt and bar. Food is good overall for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is typical spread buffet plus ability to have food made to order. There is a fairly long happy hour with a array of available drinks. In room dining is available and prompt. Corner king rooms have beautiful views, bed is comfortable, pillows are ok if you like soft plushy pillows with no firmness. Water pressure is fairly high in the walk in shower. Direct TV, desk, coffee maker, fridge in room. Solid fitness center, outdoor pool open seasonally, indoor pool is heated. A barbershop is even available in the lobby. Overall the hotel is excellent.

Customer Service sucks. Most staff seemed to have attitudes for no reason. Asked for extra towels and shampoo. Never got them. Stayed in the retreat section of the hotel, which seemed sub-par. Found a small bug on our bed one night. Staff did at least come and change bed spreads. Figured the bug was there due to the leftover raisins we found on the carpet from a past guest. Someone crushed a potato chip in the hallway which stayed there for 3 days! Parking costs $26 per day and the accessible entrance from the garage leads to a stairway. Conveniently close to DC and other points of interest.

My husband was on the elevator and went into free fall four times. He was stuck and couldn't get out. The security feature to call for help was broken. He was lucky he had his phone. The staff were incredibly arrogant and rude. I was worried about my husband and they couldn't understand how furious and upset I was. I happened to push the elevator button and by chance got him out on the 30th floor. Walked down 30 stories to have people be rude. I will never stay or recommend this establishment again.

The room was decent in general. The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and the lighting for the whole room was very low. Maybe this is standard for DC, I don't know, but it's fairly annoying to have to pay for parking at a hotel I've already paid to stay in.

Attending a company Holiday party. Staff very friendly, food was good, parking was a bit fun but fortunately it was validated and didn't have to pay. Not easy to get to from Seminary Road, but not too difficult.

I enjoy staying in this hotel during work. I only stay here one weekend a month and haven’t been in a while. Parking is expensive, unless you already have an agreement with your employer to stay in the federal building. The pool is nice and the room is always very cozy. I enjoyed the Christmas tree and songs at the greeting. The receptionist was friendly but I had to remind him about the guest complimentary breakfast included with my employers reservation. There’s a beautiful pond in the back and I saw a four point buck in the wildlife park across the street. If only there were a more public entrance to Winkler Wildlife it would be even more pleasant.

Staff was polite and friendly, the room was clean with a nice view. Wedding reception that was held there was lovely, both food and ambiance. On the downside, we had to wait 15-20 for an elevator every time; shuttle service was unreliable picking relatives up from the airport, they were told a pickup time and had to wait an hour longer. I tried to drink water from the tap but couldn't stomach seeing large specks of who knows what. Not a bad stay, but enough little things that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The Venue for Women's Conference gave just the space to provide Vendors Sales and the location on the restroom to try on which made buying their merchandise a Hit! Three servings of meals for the day was mouth watering! And that Bed just sucked me in and I didn't want to get up. The Shower was so relaxing. That room could have been my cave to hibernate for the weekend! I will return and do just that! Thank you so much!😍😍

We always stay at this Hilton location. The rooms are always clean, the staff/valet are always friendly and go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We are always pleased with our stay and so far, haven't had any major issues with any of our stays. We did have a minor issue checking out. The computer systems were being updated and due to a glitch in the system, I was over charged two of the three nights that we stayed. Angie at the front desk was SUPER helpful and polite while trying to figure out and correct the issue. She was able to correct the issue in a timely manor and was very apologetic about the glitch. I definitely would will be back to this location in the near future and will recommend this location to all of my friends.
