Building was too cold for my preference... it was still cold even after putting on a hoodie sweater.

Stay far away from here. The manager does everything illegally. He purposefully rips off people in time of need. He price gouged during the hurricanes. All the food is over a year old and usually molded.

It's not the best and not the worst. I've come here, over the past ten years, and it hasn't changed. I don't think anything has changed and/or been really updated. It's maintained.

Very nasty. The rooms were filthy, toilet seat was old and stained, rooms obviously not cleaned thoroughly as there was popcorn shavings all over the floor. Room has horrible odor, no flat screen in sight only a baby box TV that looked like it was made in 1980. Was forced into staying here after I asked for a refund because of how nasty it was, I was told after 15 minutes rooms are non-refundable. The only positive thing I could say about the place is the WiFi was pretty nice because nobody else was around to use it. Also, 1 ice machine in the whole hotel and it didn't even work properly. Definitely will never return to this dump for anything. You can tell the owners don't care about the life of their hotel as you can clearly see no maintainace or unpgrades haven't seen this place in decades. BEWARE 0 STARS

First, I am not hard to please. That being said, this place is a real dump. The management/ownership is clueless. We had a reservation and had our confirmation number and the owner could not even work his prehistoric computer well enough to find the reservation. After 15 minutes of fumbling around, he finally found it after I offered the confirmation number multiple times and he kept asking my name over and over. When he finally found it, he did not have a modern way to run my card. He wrote down my card number and 3 digit security code and had me sign a hand written receipt. The place is your standard old, rundown hotel which needs repairs and updating. Far overpriced at $77 a night (increased due to hurricane evacuation of course). Breakfast was a joke... Milk and cereal. Power was out for half a day but that's not really anything they can control with all the wind. Also they say they are pet friendly on the web search sites but then they charge you an extra $10 when you get there. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

This place is a nasty unsanitary place came seeking shelters from hurricane Irma and they over charged my card. After viewing the room decided we couldn't stay because of the dirty sheets towels bedding etc only to be told he couldn't give a refund. Run away from this place! You would better of sleeping in your car
