Dubai’s downtown offers you endless choices of things to see, do, eat and buy. One of which is the Dubai Fountain, created by the same person who made the Bellagio Fountain in Las Vegas. The fountain plays a water show every 30 minutes right outside the Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping center and houses almost every brand known to man. Once you’re done shopping at Dubai Mall, you can then check out the Arabic styled Souk Al Bahar for unique handicrafts shopping and waterfront dining.
Besides offering the world’s largest shopping center, Downtown Dubai also houses the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. When you’re done sightseeing from the heights of the clouds, you can have some fun at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, cool down at Dubai Mall’s Olympic-sized skating rink, play games at Sega Republic, let the kids be kids at KidZania, lay on the green grass of Burj Park, and end your night with a movie at Reel Cinemas.
Ensuring you don’t miss any of the exciting things Downotwn Dubai offers, is the Dubai Trolly. It takes you all around Downtown for free from 4pm to midnight on weekdays and from 3pm to 11pm on weekends.
