"I wouldn't say that it's a 5* hotel! It needs updating. But in general it's good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is not so good, there is no great variety of it, sometimes it isn't even tasty. But the best of this hotel is its green zone outside! Beautiful trees, bushes, palms around the swimming pools make you feel somewhere in the luxury resort"
"Food is great, the building looks amazing, but it's not very clean. Ive had to change rooms because the back door wasnt locked, and when I requested a change in room, the bedroom door would not open from the inside. Even after we requested it to be fixed, someone had to open the door from the outside for 3 days. Some hallways dont have working lights, dishes are not properly cleaned, and carpets are not vaccuumed. However, the service is good. People are friendly."
"A beautiful historical building that was turned into a 5-star hotel but these five stars are not earned service could be better cleanliness could be better"
"Looking forward to our visit in October. Trust we will have an awesome stay with you, as the hotel looks great."
"The Jacir Palace Hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious with super comfy beds. The pool complex behind the hotel was really nice. All of the staff were kind and helpful."
"Jacir Palace is beautifully architected and the hotel folks have done a great job renovating it. Checking in was easy and went as expected without any issues. My room was comfortable and quiet (rooms are tucked away from the noisy main street the hotel is on). One thing that annoyed me was that my room didn't contain hand towels. I had to use the other towels for my face and hands. Not a big deal, but not a five star move."
"This is the second time I stay at the hotel and for some reason I couldn't sleep at all. The hotel's poorly maintained facilities, old furniture, awkward internal design and breakfast quality don't qualify it to be a 5 stars hotel. I believe that I could get more value for the money I paid in some other hotels in Bethlehem."
"I loved the room and the hotel staff. It was so easy to book, loved the app as well. Will definitely book again. "
"Staff was very helpful and will accommodate special requests, but there is a few downsides to this hotel: guest rooms are far from the main entrance and depending on where you stay it can be a bit of a maze, there is a small area for vehicle loading and unloading when checking-in and out, but this strip was packed with cars and so I either had to walk from the lot in the back or park far down the street--which wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't have luggage. The Jacir Palace is an impressive structure with beautiful design, but the upkeep is lacking, hotel is slightly dated and dingy. Rooms have AC units, but the long corridors inside of the hotel do not and are like saunas. And, there is a lot of carpet that doesn't look particularly new. "
