Al Dakhliye Circle, or Jamal Abdel Nasser Square is set in the heart of Amman, specifically in the Abdali area, and is a link between Jabal Al Hussein, Jabal Amman , Abdali and Shmeisani. The circle is considered one of the main vibrant streets in Amman.
Called after the Egyptian president "Jamal Abdel Nasser Square" and called Al Dakhliye Circle because the ministry of interior affairs (Dakhliye in Arabic) is located in the area.
The area is located beneath a bridge, and there is a tunnel linking the two-way street there.
The area has several important buildings such as the Jordan News Agency building (Petra), and many luxury hotels in addition to the presence of many hospitals in the area. It is a connecting point between western and eastern Amman, and connects the north and south of Amman.
