The hotel is nice, rooms are ok. They offer full irish breakfast for a really good price. They have have a pub "vat house, live music every night, it is really nice. I would not book a room there again, Blooms is in Temple Bar, so there is a lot of party going on, we already knew this, so when we booked we asked for a room far from the front, but we got street front room. It was hard to sleep, we couldn't close the window cause there was no AC, and it was hot! Maybe sealing the windows and installing AC it's the solution to the noise. Location is great!! So if you wanna party and don't mind the noise at night and after midnight this is your place.

Location is great for temple bar area of Dublin and wasn't too loud at bedtime on a weeknight. Room was nice and clean and bathroom was a good size. Bed seemed uncomfortable at first but actually turned out to be rather nice. Service at the front desk was great and the attached bar is a nice perk!

It's ok we only had to stay 2 nights here but the website pics look a lot better than in person. The great thing is that s it's in the middle of everything and you have a 2 min walk to all the pubs and river and shopping. Great location. The pub downstairs" the vat house" is great!!! Bartenders are awesome and super helpful.

Blooms hotel was very convenient in location being right in the middle of Temple Bar. But at night time it was very noisy as the window didn't provide much soundproofing. But overall enjoyed our stay so no major complaints. If you're looking for a well priced hotel in a great location then this would be a perfect choice, just make sure you're part of the noise rather than listening to it 😁

The room was old but spacious and clean. Large bathroom with bath. I liked that the curtains blocked the light from outside well. Few faults such as bathroom lights flickered for over one minute each time I turned it on before it’s stayed on. No bar fridge and no laundry service at hotel. The first night there was another room who made a lot of noise all night and woke me up repeatedly- not sure why they didn’t go out with all the pubs and clubs? For the price it was good. Laundry would be an issue for a longer stay.

This hotel is NOTORIOUS for being one of the worst places to stay. AVOID at all costs. I would never stay here again even if I got a week free in Dublin. This was my second time visiting Ireland in a few months, and I was shocked at the mannerisms of the staff. I have never had a negative experience in Ireland, and have always found the people to be good, honest, and kind. If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. Not only did I have the WORST time booking the hotel (which was messed up when I arrived, and wasn't corrected until 2 o'clock in the morning where I stood in the lobby with 0 access to speak to someone with higher power than the night porter), the experience from beginning to end was a nightmare. The actual hotel is not nice at all, rooms are dark, outdated, and have paper thin walls. The lighting in the hallways is basically non-existent and it is definitely not worth the money - there are PLENTY of other hotels down by Temple Bar that are way better. We had issues with the staff, cleanliness, and getting ripped off essentially at every turn. First off the staff is awful - I understand it was a holiday weekend, but I have never been treated so poorly in a hospitality setting. The receptionist who was working Friday evening on March 16th around 8:00pm was by far the rudest person I have ever met. There was 0 help with the confusion with our booking, even though I had emailed and called the hotel multiple times to make sure our booking was in the system and correct. They consistently told me "don't worry we can sort it out when you're here," and nothing was sorted out. The first night they told us they were sold out, and we couldn't cancel our room (3 of us and they had us in a twin room), so essentially someone would be out on the streets and we arrived at 11pm. THEN they said they had space in the hotel, but it would be 388 additional euros after we had already paid 450 euros to stay in the hotel. Eventually the situation was sorted to pay an additional 99euros for the price difference of the room (which they said we would handle at check out), and we got the room we were supposed to have... just for us to come in the next day after being out the entire day to our doors being locked with all of belongings inside because we had a "balance" of 150 euros on the account. This resulted in an hour long argument with the manager, who eventually did the right thing and gave us what we were promised. We paid on site and immediately got out of the hotel as soon as we could and stayed at the Clayton of Cardiff Lane which was the best (and what a hotel experience should be!) experience ever, and we ended up finishing up the weekend strong in Dublin. Whenever we told locals where we were staying, they responded with "ew be careful it's gross there." Multiple reports of bed bugs, issues with cleanliness, and getting ripped off.

Blooms Hotel is in the heart of Dublin. The room was big and comfortable and the rate was very reasonable . Discount car parking is very close by. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Ireland.

Good standard hotel. 5 minute walk to The Temple bar pub and right in the heart of the bars and shops. Wasn't too loud on a night either so we were able to sleep. Would recommend.

Perfectly situated in the middle of Temple bar, Blooms Hotel offered the convenience of close entertainment while still being relatively peaceful. It wasn't dead quiet but that was to be expected. Rooms were generous in size, and for the most part well kept. Staff were all incredibly friendly and the offer of a free drink on arrival was greatly appreciated. The €50 deposit required upon arrival was unexpected though.

Nice hotel, great location in the city centre, but you can't get any sleep due to the club on the side of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for families. Brilliant if you want to visit Dublin and party hard.

Beds are old and mattresses are sunken from long use. Bathrooms and room are clean. Can hear the noise from the street easily. Elevator makes taking bags up easy. You get a free drink in the bar on check in. WiFi is only good in lobby and bar, it is extremely shoddy in your room.

The location of this Hotel is great. The room was also very nice and the shower was the best I've had in Ireland. However, It is extremely noisy with people walking, driving, and doing business nearby.

Insanely noisy. There is no soundproofing from the night club downstairs. Full of drunk clubbers. Had a woman bang on our door and then force her way into our room to use the toilet. She could easily have walked in from the streets to the corridor without a key card. Staff are very friendly and helpful but nice after the fact is not much use. Breakfast was under heat lamps so was tough and stale.
