Exactly what I paid for, single room with ensure. Absolutely spotless and warm, lovely big window to let light and air in. Bit loud in the morning but worth it if you want to be in the thick of Galway City. Four stars though as the room did have a bad smell upon walking In. Wonders need to get it looked at by a plumber as it’s musty water that’s the cause of that smell. Hope ur find it. Other wise well done lovely spot

Great little hotel for a short stay. Stayed over for a night whilst visiting Ireland and can't complain for €57 for a double room. The room itself was modern, spotless, with big windows and a ensuite bathroom (with a great shower). A very short walk from the centre of Galway (approximately 3-5 minutes) but far enough away on a side street that it was quiet in the evening and morning. Was offered breakfast at the hotel cafe for €7.50 but decided to go into the centre, regretted it a bit when I walked past in the morning, it looked great! Would definitely stay again if visiting the city, unsure why some reviews are so negative as I had a great experience.

Rooms are nice. No lift in the building, so difficult for families with small children

It does what it says on the tin It's city centre you walk out the door and your in the centre .Its quite small I'd say 10 to 12 rooms It's modern ,great showers ,great beds and really clean There are no frills and it's definitely not a hotel it's room only townhouse in city centre They offer breakfast at reduced rate at Revive Cafe next door and it was really good Reception is not always manned but there is a buzzer to press or you call a number and they generally come really quickly . We spent our time sightseeing and spent very little time at townhouse so we thought it was perfect . I brought earplugs but to be honest I didn't use them we were at back of building we did hear morning deliveries and street cleaning but I guess if your city centre you have to expect that . Would I stay here again yes def ,it's good value ,much cheaper than hotels in area and had everything we needed . Be warned it's not a hotel as I overheard another guest complaining and gentleman on desk was explaining that they never claimed to be a hotel so check before you book

We stayed a night in room 11. The room was sufficient for what we needed. A place in the center of town, a clean room, and a place to put our heads.

Clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, and a great location in the heart of the city. Great cafe downstairs for breakfast. Close to latin corridor and Spanish Arch.
