Gorgeous food, top notch service- told them we were in a bit of a rush and they were brilliant about keeping things moving. Also the special had run out, but the chef offered a lovely substitution immediately. Will be back for sure!

The Afternoon Tea service was exquisite. We celebrated my friend's birthday and it couldn't have been better. The food was delicious - unlimited food, tea and coffee. Wonderful experience.

We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the entire staff was so professional, helpful, and kind. We especially enjoyed the breakfast (the Red Berries tea is incredible). The location simply can't be beat either - we were able to walk to all of the things we wanted to do in Dublin.

Terrible check-in experience. Booked a king front-facing view and they gave me a queen bed. They finally resolved it by giving me a king bed, but without the view I booked for. The room was not made up after I came back from being out all day. I did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on. The hotel staff weren’t very helpful. The doormen were absent when I needed a cab. The hotel currency exchange rate was awful. Only good thing is that the hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk around.

I would expect much better service from a so called 5 star hotel. After traveling 15 hours and in much need of rest, there seemed to be no urgency to get our room ready. Early check in is a common occurrence I was even willing to incur an additional charge to get some rest but it seemed to be a huge obstacle for them to help us. I would not stay here again.

This place is great! Jack. One of the waiters was EXTREMELY amazing. He talked about other things, like weather, his family, and a lot more! He deserves a promotion he was amazing. The food was great as well.

Came here for afternoon tea to celebrate a family birthday. The lounge was very elegant and while full, the seating was very well spaced and thought out. The food was everything you would expect and more. Service was attentive and friendly and the whole experience was wonderful and refined. Would certainly return and recommend.

Actually (very) good Hotel. Great location. Staff very attentive and friendly, also forward looking. Very pleased with that. Food is good to excellent, depending on what you choose, but you can‘t go wrong. What needs a bit of make up are the rooms, spacious but have out-reached the lifetime in terms of furniture and equipment. Such a cool Hotel like this should have more contemporary, modern rooms. Having said that, and as picky as I am, I‘ll be back!

I have been there for a medical conference, and the conference hall is big and clean enough. However more care needs to be given to the wall mirrors (seems dirty I think). The big screen on the front is absolutely not good for purpose, it need to be a single big screen than several screens in an integrated mode.

Perfect shopping break to hide from the bustling city centre crowds. Delicious food throughout the day. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating. Nice breakfast menu and weekend brunch.

Location is second to none. We stayed in a superior room but I've stayed in 4 stars that were nicer. Lobby is very bland. Next time I'll stay in a 4 star 10 minutes walk away for a third of the price.

Busy hotel that reminds me of a train station. No real foyer as such. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are quite small which is surprising given 5 star and expense. No spa facilities. Very very small gym on site but no swimming pool. Breakfast is good and generally included. Would struggle to offer 3 starrs.

I stayed there last week and was extremely disappointed. 5 stars maybe when they were new but last week, 5 stars is a fairytale! The room was exceptionally small. There was not even a place to unpack and put my clothes. My husband and I lived out of our suitcases. The bathroom was very small and dirty. The shower water did not work correctly. The water flow randomly changed and could not be regulated. All that being said, the absolute most disgusting thing was a large stain on the carpet by the desk. Apparently a previous guest spilled what looked like red wine, and it WAS NEVER CLEANED UP. I had to completely avoid walking over there because I did not want to step in whatever is was. Really??? No one saw that gigantic stain? It is beyond my comprehension that the housecleaning staff would just completely skip that and not shampoo the carpet. Oh, and the staff at the restaurant......OBNOXIOUS!!!! I asked for cream with my coffee and she was all put out. The next morning I attempted to order breakfast at 6:57am because we were leaving at 7:30 and the same obnoxious girl told me she could not take my order until 7:00am. I would never stay there again.
