Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn over the Bank Holiday. I arrived at about 11:30 and optimistically asked if the room was ready to be told that it was. I had room 334 overlooking the Liffey. Check in/out was fast and efficient. I could even pay in Sterling so I did not need to pay a non sterling transaction fee. All the staff that I met were all so friendly and helpful. Special mention should be made for Stuart in the bar. Message to management look after him he is good. I ate in the restaurant a few times the first time I ate there they brought a jug of iced water. I told them that I did not need it, particularly as there are notices in the bathrooms about saving water. The next time they remembered. I cannot comment on breakfast as I did not have breakfast in the restaurant. The food was delicious. Will think of coming back to this Hotel.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This was a great place to stay. The location worked out very well, the room was huge and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and I totally ate and ate and ate. Overall a great place to stay in Dublin. The only bad thing was the construction going on, but honestly it never bothered my stay. The people working at the hotel were super and very friendly.

Overall, great. Would return. Exactly the hotel experience one hopes for. Pros: Staff, service (stellar), spacious room, good shower, water pressure and heat, and good AC. Fairly centrally located, good views over the water. Breakfast, lunch or a pint downstairs at Ollys is great, and not too pricey at €13 for a solid buffet. Internet is pretty good - worked from the room and used video chat for a bit, no issue. Decent gym, and good laundry setup, and good snack area for the midnight stomach. Iron in the room, plenty of storage space and light, and plenty of plugs (incl. 2 USB plugs on each nightstand). AC was being installed (with other construction), but no issue for us. The double window setup was great for blocking street noise, but let plenty of air in when wanted. Cons: Beds are a bit stiff, pillows a little flat (hotel standard) and there's a duvet (in proper EU style) - vs sheets and duvet. Doors are a bit noisy if someone let's one slam, but stayed for a week and it didn't bother sleep remotely.

No air conditioning, but they are currently working on installing it. The rooms were comfortable and the staff is friendly. Wonderful place to stay if you are vacationing in Dublin.

Functional, slightly small rooms, great location for me (I'm a Calatrava architecture fan). Only drawback at the moment is the hotel extension project - lots of scaffolding and occasional noise.

Room was not very sound proof, could hear everything going on next door and in the hallway. Room was also pretty small and felt a little cramped. Staff were really nice and friendly. The breakfast costs 14 euros if you're not a gold or diamond member, which is a little pricey. Hotel is situated in a really convenient location.

Nice, very clean new room. Hotel itself is close to the business center (which is what I needed) and about 10~15 minutes walk from the city center. Cons: gim is very small. Breakfast was not included.

I came here in August of 2017. When I was here the hotel was under construction, there was a lot of scaffolding on the outside but despite this it did not affect our stay. This hotel has a small fitness room with some elypticals and some free weights, but it was a quality workout room and it is open 24 hrs. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a decent buffet and breakfast. The restaurant overlooks the street where the river sits. Our room was clean, quiet, and well kept with a nice river view. Hotel staff was very friendly. The airport bus drops off right in front of the hotel, you are walking distance from everything including temple bar, and buses and trains. A good central place to stay The Jeanie Johnston is right outside.

Refreshing sleep. Love the view of the River opposite the hotel. The food is good. Very convenient to Ireland visitors who don't know the place well. Hoping for a better experience as it was being renovated. I will be back.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. It was under construction, but the builders did work at reasonable times. Spacy and nice room, with good beds. The view from the window was nice. Huge selection to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is at walking distance from the city center with a nice walk along the river Liffey. It is also on walking distance from the 3arena

Lovely hotel in a great location, so handy for the 3 Arena and for heading into town. The staff are friendly and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hilton Garden Inn, or using it again on a future visit to Dublin.

I was really torn about how many stars to give but the issue we had was so disappointing and should never have been an issue in the first place. We had long hairs on our bathroom/shower wall none of us have long dark hair so def not from us and we hadn't used the shower yet...it was really horrible (like finding a long hair in your food at a restaurant), and I don't mean one hair, it was a bunch of hairs. We had adjoining rooms with my mother in law and her shower wall also had dark hairs stuck to it. We also had an old flannel/face cloth hanging over our shower curtain rail and the thought of that falling on me during a shower was horrible...i couldn't bring myself to move it because I didn't know where it had been (the flannel was still there when we checked out 2 days later). The ladies at reception were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast and taxi back to the airport. So disappointed...to spend that amount of money you do expect a clean bathroom. I'm afraid I will think twice before booking there again (even though it was a good location for what we needed to do in Dublin).

Warm, welcoming staff. Well-appointed rooms and public areas. Excellent location - right next to the Irish Family History Centre and EPIC, the Irish Emigration Museum. Room safes. Restaurant. Laundry service. Fitness center. What you expect from Hilton. Staff willing to go above and beyond at all times. Current remodeling was not an issue at all. Lovely views of the River Liffey.

No doubt this is a high-standards hotel. The room is tidied up with great attention to detail and amenities are replaced daily. In the room you will find a 32" TV, a common market hair dryer (and not one of those that are attached to walls), an iron, a nice alarm clock, and complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle. In case you are guessing, faucet water in Dublin is good to drink. If you can try to choose a room facing to the river. Location is quite convenient, just 15 min away from the city center by walking and next to the financial area. Of course, it's a Hilton, so don't expect low prices.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond with professionalism and courtesy. The food was good. The location was close to tourist attractions and local favorites. And the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. They are under renovations right now, however this did not affect my stay at all.
