Dated hotel, unhelpful receptionist and our second floor room was akin to a sauna, no air conditioning and a window that only opened an inch so no possibility of cooling it down. The changing rooms to the swimming pool were dirty and tired. Take your own padlock if you use this facility and want to lock your valuables away.

Not an enjoyable experience. Reception staff lazy and miserable. Bar staff were good as gold. Set in an industrial estate the hotel is out dated and run down. The rooms were clean enough but the rooms were stiflingly hot. No fan or air conditioning, only a tiny window to let some air in. The views from the small hatch were of a building site which was pretty grim to look at. The shower trickled and spurted occasional blasts of cool water. Quite pricy at €134 for one night. The bar was too very out dated, but a fair selection of beers. Food was standard selection but quite expensive for what it was. The bar was full of flies and you had to keep them away from the food. Would never go back, and would rather pay a few extra quid to stay somewhere else.

It's a clean hotel. A bit dated and out of the way. Good sized bar with live music. The leisure club closes a bit to early for my liking.

Great hotel with a good attached bar/restaurant and a nice breakfast (separate room). The rooms are nice, well-kept and spacious. Good location, situated not far from a tram stop to take you into the city centre. The included pool (must wear swim caps, so bring yours if you don't want to pay for one), sauna and gym are also great!

Stayed here for the Wales Ireland weekend. Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly especially the staff at breakfast. Fantastic selection of food at breakfast. Good choice of drinks in the bar. Room was small. Kept hitting my head on the ceiling ( room 244). Temperature of the room was cosy when the radiators were on but freezer when they weren't. We just used the extra blankets that were in the rooms when we were cold. hotel is a 2 min walk to the tram stop. Then 10 mins into the centre of Dublin. We paid 3 euros each to go in and always had a taxi back which was between 15 to 20 euros. Would definitely stay here and would highly recommend. For the price brilliant

Hotel was ok. Our small room had a sloping ceiling which meant to get to the bathroom you had to manoeuvre yourself so you don't hit your head which I did. The first night very late when we were sleeping a very drunk man was hammering on our door to let him in as he thought it was his room. When he found his room next door we then could hear him being sick (nice) walls are very thin you can hear everything. Bar downstairs serves nice food, good drinks and has entertainment. Probably would not stay here again though.

What a great hotel this place is! We stayed here for one night before we sailed back to Liverpool. The room was superb had all we needed. The adjoining bar served lovely food we had bangers and mash which was to die for. Then later that Friday evening a live band came on which were really good playing lots of Irish music. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Dublin well recommended.

NEVER STAY HERE! It is a winter now. The room is cold, no heating in the bathroom, the bathroom is also very smelly, rude front desk lady! Asked to change the room. The answer was "No"! I have been offered an air freshener instead! Sleeping with the clothes on now and I do not want to think how I am going to have shower in the morning! Poor service! Hotel's stars needs reviewing! Definitely - will never come back!

Fairly standard hotel. The room was small and there was no view to speak of, but it's within walking distance of a tram that allows easy access to the city. House keeping was thorough, beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Our stay was short but good. The hotel itself is a bit old but very well taken care of, the rooms are great, big and actually modern. Nothing spectacular but it does the job in a very nice way. It's well located, being at a 5 min walk from LUAS trams and there's plenty of free parking as well. The staff was very friendly when we had to deal with them
