This resort is a definite must! Awesome food, great drinks and the location is great. This resort has everything, beautiful beaches, a cave to swim in, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. We did the all inclusive and felt it was a great value. I was extremely surprised at how good the food was for being an all inclusive resort. The salmon salad at lunch was so good and healthy. My kids loved the burger and pizza. Everything was great! The only con is getting a drink from the bar during the day, a little bit of a wait. They could definitely speed up their service time for drinks and lunch. Service at dinner was perfect, the breakfast buffet was really good too. I highly recommend this resort and will return. This is the perfect place for family reunions, family trips, and a couples get away.

This place has an excellent location! 5 minutes cab ride from/to the airport. The hotel atmosphere, cleanliness, food & service is recommendable! This property is excellent for travelers who wants to enjoy having the pool & the beach without walking outside of the property to get to the beach.

Visited Bermuda in January which is their winter and temperatures were in the 50s, 60s and the island was not crowded and neither was the resort, so that was good because I couldn't imagine what it'd be like in the summer at peak tourist season. The room we stayed in was ok, but the bathroom reeked of pee - I don't think they can get that smell out, it's just part of the place now, gross. We decided to purchase the all inclusive package after we arrived to avoid going into town for meals every single day. By the end of our stay, I was tired of seeing the same menu. Our meals in town were really good though. I don't think I'd wanna stay here in the summer, but we had a nice experience.

This is a rating for the hotel spa - located underground in a cave. The spa is crazy expensive but totally worth it for the experience and photo opportunities. Be sure to make reservations and arrive plenty of time early, especially if you are not staying at the hotel. The spa is a bit of a walk from the hotel's main entrance. Staff is very professional and helpful.

The staff here are great and it was nice to have such a beautiful resort to walk around. Connie from the souvenir shop was absolutely lovely to talk to on a Friday afternoon. And Ashley from the front desk helped me locate my misplaced phone and send it to me at the airport in a cab! She walked back and forth from the desk to the front door to coordinate with a cab driver to bring me my phone!! Bermudians are most definitely the nicest and most helpful people as a country as a whole that I've met so far. On our last day, we were also treated to a short lunch performance in the main dining area by Harvard's Radcliff Pitches, an all female acappella group. The only thing missing from the resort was instructions for the spa service that we booked. You show up at the end of the long bridge-like walkway, and stand and wait until someone comes to get you - so don't be late!

Room was good, I loved the balcony and view but after that it is nothing too special. Great facilities and the caves we're stunning. Pool was a but small but there is a beach. Very friendly and extremely polite bartender down at the bar by the pool but had a rude guy working in the bar up in the reception area. No drinks menus available which was a bit disappointing. Overall nice place with decent location, good proximity to the airport and not too far from Hamilton. Expensive but I suppose that is Bermuda.

Our 3rd time staying here and it's as great as ever. The rooms have been remodelled since we were here last and they are very well done. Facilities are fantastic and the very short walk to the Swizzle Inn gives a good local source of great food and entertainment.

Beautiful resort with private beach. Staff is friendly and efficient. 5 mins drive to airport. Commute to Hamilton and St George's is very convenient. We tried dinner at their restaurant, food quality was amazing and prices were a little better than other restaurants in the city.

Very Nice Resort. Staff service was okay room was a plain regular room nothing to oh or ah about... the grounds are amazing. Nice deep pool that was somewhat heated (visited in January); the cave is amazing. Yes they have their own swimming cave right on the resort. The Jacuzzi was also nice and the boat dock. Overall I definitely loved the resort and would highly recommend even though there was a visitor in my room (waterbug)

Nice quite location, very close to the airport. I didn't have the all inclusive, but I don't think having it was worth it. There's better food on the island, if your willing to leave your resort. I don't know why the resort had so many cats. Either way great place. It's not an party resort.

I went here for brunch during December and had a great time. The waiters are helpful and friendly. The spread for brunch was full of variety and had healthy options. I also go here to rent kayaks and I like kayaking around the sound. Very peaceful and it's a great workout. Also very kid friendly

Loved it when I stayed here. Rooms were reasonably basic but was not in Bermuda to spend time in the room! The beach is very nice and has a sunken ship to have a look around whilst snorkelling. Very close to bike rental place so it is easy to get out and explore the rest of the island.

My Favorite hotel in Bermuda! Huge hotel with every thing you need.Great location just minutes from the airport, next to the famous Swizzle Inn, Crystal Caves and Olander cycles. It's a bit pricey but so is everything in Bermuda. Service was great Sunday brunch was good! Swim in the cave!!!

We were here for the last 4 nights of our honeymoon. It's the only all-inclusive resort on the island. The food is excellent, and drinks are decent. The rooms are nice, we had a view of the bay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we got sick from drinking their tap water and it mostly ruined our stay.
